Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying and laying old size sub class “B” bricks kiln brunt, neatly laid adjacent to each other with axis of bricks perpendicular to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb/benching/ copings including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 ,type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & removing 1100 volt grade XLPE /PVC armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 10 Sq mm to 16 Sq mm any core from the trenches ,pole,Panels,DBs etc carefully and relaying the same with same location without any damage to the cable by excavation in trenches carefully as per standard procedure including connecting & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Note: sand cushioning,bricks for cable protection,GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective of BOQ.)

Disconnecting & removing 1100 volt grade XLPE /PVC armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 20 Sq mm to 50 Sq mm any core from the trenches ,pole,Panels,DBs etc carefully and relaying the same with same location without any damage to the cable by excavation in trenches carefully as per standard procedure including connecting & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Note: sand cushioning,bricks for cable protection,GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective of BOQ.)

Disconnecting & removing 1100 volt grade XLPE /PVC armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 70 Sq mm to 95 Sq mm any core from the trenches ,pole,Panels,DBs etc carefully and relaying the same with same location without any damage to the cable by excavation in trenches carefully as per standard procedure including connecting & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge. (Note: sand cushioning,bricks for cable protection,GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective of BOQ.)

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 (Loop type insulator, stay clamps excavation and concrete measured separately), stay rod of size 20 mm dia complete all specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs loop type insulators, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or greeen of large size, with overall dimensions 140 mm, clearance of hole 25.5 mm complete all as specified and directed. Make: Bengal Potteries/ Jayashree/ Mysore Porcelain/ Jaipuria/ Bhel/ Southern Insulators/ WS Insulators.

Dismantling old and unsv prestressed concrete poles/steel tubular poles of any type including breaking cement concrete complete and site clearance .

Supply and erection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP -31 (09.0 mtr long pole) swan neck type complete conforming to IS: 2713 complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws,painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and remain exterior portion of the pole shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer with blue & white strip upto 1.20 m height above GL and all as specified and directed with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 5 Nos with yellow and black paint of radium/photosinthetic paint alternately on external surface above base / copingr upto the height of 1.5mtr above plinth block,writing letter or figures (Block Roman) with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade not exceeding 5 cm height including numbering of pole, Painting coping with two coats of cement based paint etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) All excavation and earthwork ,PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Manufacture's test certificate for pole shall be produced before execution work.

M&L for painting to existing steel tubular/concrete LT poles, 8.5m/9m/9.5m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminum paint superior quality dust proof and weather proof of approved make on surfaces exposed to view and making 30cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with yellow and black paint of radium/photosinthetic paint alternately on external surface above PCC benching including preparation of old painted surfaces by scraping etc complete and writing pole numbers with bold letters with black and white paint after painting complete all as specific and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection at road crossing/under concrete including taking down of old one complete all as specific and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 50 mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection at road crossing/under concrete including taking down of old one complete all as specific and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade with fitting for cable protection at road crossing/under concrete including taking down of old one complete all as specific and as directed.

S & F in repair ACSR (Aluminium conductor, steel reinforced) conductor of (weasel) 6/1 X 2.59 mm, streching properly on insulators and binding with aluminium binding wires, jumpers including fixing on insulators on each poles in span and tightening with permissible sag in between span etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F in repair Aluminium thimbles of size 16 Sq mm to 35 Sqmm of 3.5 core /4 core and including removing burnt thimbles from existing XLPE Cables & cable made to suitable for fixing new thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Aluminium thimbles of size 50 Sq mm to 95 Sqmm of 3.5 core /4 core and including removing burnt thimbles from existing XLPE cables & cable made to suitable for fixing new thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Aluminium thimbles of size 120 Sq mm to 185 Sqmm of 3.5core/4 core and including removing burnt thimbles from existing XLPE Cables & cable made to suitable for fixing new thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pin type Porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade including dismantling /disconnecting & taking down of existing insulaters of any size & capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L shackle type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green Two-in-series' assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 1100 volts insulator 65 mm dia X 31 mm high X 20mm hole ball and socket type working pressure 1100 volts grade including dismantling /disconnecting & taking down of existing insulaters of any size & capacity complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair cross arms bracing supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Fibre LT over head line seperators suitable for 4 wires fixing on LT OH lines including dismantling of old damaged/ Un-serviceable LT line spacers of any type complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/ Maintenance of any type and any size of LT Panel board by removing all internal parts, tinkering the metal parts and replacing fully corroded sheet metal parts like base plate, top plate, front cover etc with appropriate gauges of MS sheet including bending to match with the existing size, welding brazing and assembling including replacing all nuts & bolts in MCBs and proper legging in cable and control wire, sheet metal screws and painting the complete body with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Zinc chrome primer and assembling bus bar in separate colour code, Post top insulators, Voltmeter, Amp meter & selector switch and other connected items complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- MS sheets, Al busbar, Post top insulators, Amp & Volt meter, Selector Switches are measured and paid separately)

Supply only 3.15 mm thick mild steel sheet alongwith one coat of red oxide primer with help of spary gun machine complete all as specfied and directed.

Supply only aluminium bus bar of different size and different capacity, as per site requirement and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including PVC insulating materials and cutting, welding as required, making holes and fixed in position in replacementt (taking down old bus bar) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only post top insulators of 3 to 5 cm height for panel boards complete all as specified

Supply only digital Amps meter 0 to 600 Amps capacity 3 phase square type including suitable CT set of 3 old complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only digital volt meter 3 Phase 415 volt square/round type range 0-500 volt complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only selector switch for RY, YB & BR Phases complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LED indication Lamp (Red) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LED indication Lamp (Yellow) complete all as specified and as directed.

S& F in repair of LCD multi functional metre 50 to 55 VAC capacity three phase square type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing of damaged steel structure base frame of LT panel board and fabricating new steel structure base frame with size of existing frame equal angle of size 50 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm thick and screwing with existing panel board including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

Removing wild grass, vegetation, creeper etc around LT panel/ installations, climbing up towards poles and stay assembly including cleaning bottom surface of pole, stay assembly of area not less than 1m x 1m by surface dressing not exceeding 0.5 m deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of off load changeover switch 415 volt in sheet metal encloser 4 pole of capacity 200 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F replacement of LT bus bar chamber box of minimum size 70 cm x 50 cm x 30 cm outdoor type double door/front door front/rear opening type suitable for 415 volt 3 phase, 4 wire (100% neutral), 50Hz supply system Box made out of 3.15mm thick (outer) & 2mm thick (innder compartment door) CRCA sheet factory made weather proof, dust vermin proof and vermin proof duly powder coated with 04 Nos, copper bus bar 100 Amps rated ,40 cm each (each bus bar having 04 Nos of nuts, bolts, washer) horizontally place in insulator suitable for lockable door arangement complete with inter connctions with copper solid strips, bus bar chamber having 4 nos legs 45cm long of 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm angle iron, 15 cm long grouted in PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) and 30 cm clear space from complete all as specified and directed.
