S&F Powder coated aluminium ventilator shutters fixed or louvered type without sash bar, aluminium section weighting not less than 0.55 Kg/M including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, Powder coated aluminium snap beading, screws and 4 mm thick figured glass fixed in fram etc completed all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of same to exceeding 1 Km but not exceeding 1.5 Km complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

(b) 15 mm thick cement plaster fair finished using cement ortar (1:4) with WPC on roof slab. (c) Applying oil based bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltr/Sqm on plastered surface. (d) Applying water proofing membrane not less than 4 kg/sqm in weight, sealing by torch application as directed at site with 100 mm over laps as per manufacture's instruction. (e) Applying one coat of aluminium paint @100 gm/Sqm over bituminous surface of membrane. Note : Supply only WPC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Cover plate shall be toughtened & tempred glass confirming to IS 12933 (Part-101). (b) Insulated stainless steel Hot water storage tank non pressure type made of stainless steel grade 04 Cr 18 Nos 07 Cr 18 Ni of IS : 1570 (Part-3) 1985 TIG welded of 100 Ltrs capacity,nonmagnetic tank with stainless steel fitting with following specifications-01No. shall be fitting with following specifications-01 No shall be insulated with 40 mm thermal grade PU insulation with FRP dadding, Tank stand assembly shall be made angle of size 38x38x4mm duly pre-treated and stole enammeled with back colour paint. (c) Proviisions of ectrical back up with minimum 3 KW heating element including provideing one No 16 Amps MC 10 KA ruptuning capacity in sub main distribution board (catered in schedule of internal electrification ) and providing electric conne3ction in rigid non-metallic PVC conduit with 2 run single core cable of size 4 insulated wire from outlet of MCB to electrical backup with connected accessories one job. The solar heating system shall be provided on roof of single/double storey building. The ctriucal backup connection shall be trapped from sub main board provided at ground floor. (d) Head exchanger shall be cage type and make of stainless stell tube of grade 04 Cr 18 NI or 07 18 NI of IS 1570 (Part-5) 1985 (e) All other pipe/civil work, steel staging work for PVC tank electrical work outlet and inlet thermometer, Air release valves, check valves, gate valves controls and instruments etc all as required shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted. System internal piping shall be ISI marked GI pipe medium class of IS : 1293 duly insulated with 50 mm thick rock wool of 48 Kg/M3 density and SWG AI cladding . Note : (i) The system shall be tested on completion ensure that 100 (as specified) Ltrs of water at 60 degree centigrade is available in hot water tank on a normal day cold season. (ii) General purpose overhead tank shall be provided at roof 3 M above roof level. (iii) Noramal water pipes and accessories from the normal water over head tank to inlet of plate collector shall be measured and paid for seperately . Similarly hot water pipes from hot water storage water tank to bath room/kitchen shall be measured and paid for seperately.
