M&L for dismantling of 50 HP capacity motor from 3 phase centrifugal pump set & segregating to its parts for repairs and M & L rewinding of motor with super enameled copper wire of same wire gauge of existing wire including varnishing, turning and polishing to the shaft and / or rotor, including replacement of suitable bearing and spare parts ( if required ) etc incl removing old unsv burnt wire complete & refitting motor after completion of work including testing of motor of following capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note : (i) S&F cost ' of bearing and terminal plate, shaft sleave impetor set will be measured and paid seperately against supply only under below respective items .ii) Rate for transport site to work shop and work shop to site are deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

M&L for dismantling centrifugal pump and motor 50 HP three phase from foundation with base plate, nut, bolt, to shift safe place and cleaning pump motor part with greasing, oiling, gland dori, air release valve, pipe and minor repair and fixing in new foundation with new nut, bolt, elect connection complete with running condition without vibrating the foundation complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair, star delta starter fully automatic suitable for electric pumpset motors 50 HP cap 3 phase 415volts, comprising of main star delta starter with 'D' range contractor & electric star delta timer in S.S. enclosure complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : C&S , L&T / Siemens of equivalent size and specification.

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterilization of inside the RCC/Underground/semi underground/Over head tanks/ Sedmentation / clear water sumps of following capacity as mentioned against Ser Item No 23.02 & 23.03 through bacteriological treatment by using TERBAC G5/Inchor-5/NB-10/ TERBAC-G-65/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 AND ULTRA VIOLET RAY. Make: Any E-in-C branch approved ageny :- (a). First Stage is to drain out the water by using exit valve or our own high capacity dewatering system or by own arrangement approved by Engr -in -Charge. (b). Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation and removing the accumulated silt from bottom bed and side walls by brushing with nylon brush or scrubbing the walls of the tanks or removing other sticky or foreign materials from adhering surfaces and washing inside surfaces with TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company. (c). Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with a pressure of 5 psi (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening and degermification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Govt Laboratory certified branded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65 . (E) NAME OF AGE E/M WITH PHONE NUMBER (F) NAME OF JE E/M WITH PHONE NUMBER (G) HAVING A HEIGHT OF ALL LETTERS 10 CM WITH OBLITERATING THE OLD ONE AND (H) PROVIDE CERTIFICATE CONFIRMING THE COMPLETION OF STERILIZATION OF WATER TANKS MENTIONING THE NAME OF STATION AND DATE OF CLEANING. (iii) ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.) (iv) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID ENTERING SCALES AND THE SAME SHALL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE PROVISION . (v) STERILIZATION TEAM WILL BE COMPRISED OF AT LEAST 30% MEMBERS WHO ARE MINIMUM 03 MONTHS CERTIFICATE HOLDER IN WATER TANKS STERILIZATION. (vii) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE. NO WATER IN TANK/OVER FLOW DUE TO BROKEN OF FLOAT VALVE/ BLOCKAGE TO BE INCLUDED IN QUOTED RATE. (viii) Every stage of cleaning shall be videographed along with photos clearly depicting the below. Tank wise compact disk with photos and videos will be submitted along with the PVs & bills for processing the payment:- (a) Equipment & manpower involved in cleaning (b) Chemical and quantity involved in cleaning THE WORK SHALL BE CARRIED THROUGH SPECIALIZED AGENCIES APPROVED BY E-IN-C BRANCH/ CENTRAL COMMAND.

S&F in replacement Tyre Type Automatic Flexible Cushion Couplings – TC Series of TC/P/014 and TC/Q/013 suitable for centrifugal pump sets.

S&F in replacement GREASED AND GRAPHITED Gland packing made from natural fiber, lubricated and graphited used in centrifugal pumps size of 10mm and 12mm.

S&F in replacement, to water level indicator for over head tanks including replacement of brass pully copper float steel wire rope of required size etc. including painting of water level indicator and making good of water level indicator and marking distinctively the scale of water level by synthetic enamel paint all as directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for repair existing leakage of GI pipe line 15 to 25 mm by welding or cutting and making threading for insertion nipple, socket, union socket, pipe piece up to 01 mtr for any place complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repair existing leakage of GI pipe line 40 to 80 mm by welding or cutting and making threading for insertion nipple, socket, union socket pipe piece up to 01 mtr for any place ie. Pokaran/Gomat/Khetolai/Lathi/Nachna complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for repair existing leakage of CI pipe line 100 mm by excavation, cutting of pipe for insertion new pipe, if required change the joint, MS round plate clip set for any size of pipe at any place complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair, Brass foot valve ball type heavy duty suitable for 100 mm bore pipe line including dismantling of old unserviciable foot valve any type and make from suction pipe of pumpset at any place complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (a) The rate quoted for above item are deemed to be included the cost of minor repair/alteration to the pipe or fixing of above foot valve complete. (b) The all complaint should be done within two days of any place/location other wise Rs. 500/- panality recovered from the contractor.

M&L for spray painting of Pump & Electric motor at site with one coat of weather proof grey synthetic enamel paint after removing all dust rust carbon and oily spots, including well preparation of surfaces and writing / marking SM / MES No as 25 mm stencil with white paint complete all as specified including painting of suction & delivery pipe lines inside the pump house and arrow marking of water direction all as specified and directed for pump set rating of 20 HP to 75 HP at any place complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
