M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread & leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified& directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in floor finishing , even & smooth using extra cement including fixing of plastic dividing strips as per design as directed by Engineer-in Charge complete all as specified and directed. Note: Plastic dividing Strip shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only 38 mm wide plastic dividing strips,1.50 mm thick inserted in position,conform to design complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel sections as in framed structure with main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates, mild steel angle, flat iron ,Z- sections(ISI mark) conforming to Gde Fe-410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified & directed. Note: Drawing & design shall be approved by GE.

S&F for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning factory assembled of silent type acoustic Diesel Engine, corrosion resistant in modular construction, epoxy coated base frame made of sheet metal, durable industrial locking system provided on doors, driven Generating set 415 Volts, 3 Phase 4 wire, engine model as per BS5514/ IS 10002 directly coupled to AC generator capable of developing 40 KVA at 1500 RPM at 415 V 50 Hz, 0.8 pf lag, and generally meeting the reqirement of as per BS 5000 including power control panel(microprocessor based fully configured) to regulate the AC power 12 Volt electric starting system 15/17 plate battery complete with relay panel and switch gears for automatic starting on main failure, standard out door AMF panel, control panel having meter and sound proof canopy Doors must be gasketed with high quality EDPN gasket and durable industrial locking system, emergency push button to stop the DG Set from out side ,Lub oil level,lub oil pressure ,coolant level with over load relay protection,earth fault relay protection and under voltage protection and sound proof canopy as per CPCB IV + norms and including PCC foundation as per OEM recommendation of capacity 40 KVA complete all as directed. Note : DG Set must comply Gazette of India notification No. G.S.R. 771(A) dated 11 Dec 2013 or its latest amendment till date.

Supply,fabrication, installation , testing and commissioning of LT Panel (Size of Panel -700mm x 250mm x 650mm) made up of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, water and vermin proof protection of outdoor type of floor mounted on pedestal CPRI approved factory made, totally enclosed, dust with locking arrangement duly painted wih powder coated paint of approved shade after minimum seven tank treatment process complete all as specified and as directed. The panel should be suitable for 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire system and shall be fixed with suitable capacity copper bus bar (1.5 times the incoming switch gear current rating) with complete assembly pre wired with suitable size PVC insulated copper conductor including taking down existing panel with , the panel should comprise following :- (A) Incoming :- (i) MCCB 100 A, 4 Pole, 415 V, breaking capacity 25 KA with thernal magnetic release conforms to IS/IEC 60947-2- 01 No .(ii) Digital Ammetar - 01 No. (iii) Digital Voltmeter - 01 Nos (iv) R, Y &B LED Indication Lamp (B)Outgoing :- (i) MCB 63 A, TPN, 415 V, breaking capacity 10 KA - 04 Nos. (ii) MCB 40 A, TPN, 415 V, breaking capacity 10 KA - 02 Nos. Control by digital timer. (iii) Contractor 32A with digital timer 230V AC - 01 No. Provision of cable connection terminal at back side wall of MCCB and epoxy powder coated both internally and externally complete including necessary cable connection including necessary foundation. Note : PCC foundation work will be includ in the unit quoted rate.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 35 Sq mm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 16 Sq mm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium thimbles of size 16 Sq mm to 70 Sq mm of 3.5/4 core XLPE cable to make suitable necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with Gl electrode 600x600x6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to Gl earth strip 32 mm X6 mm as earthing leaad by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass connected including gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screwed all as specified including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm dia Gl tubing light grade and necessary fitting for protection of Gl strip including laying of charcoal, dust and common salt PCC (1:3:6) type C-l( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame & 40mm thick pre cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both way with mild steel handle 12 mm dia round bars ,10mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:4) internally and upto 150 mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with wire mesh 20mm dia Gl pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part -1( 2009) and connected in earth test including testing and taking down existing old unserveciable earthing complete all specified and directed. Note: Earth strip and its protection pipe up to and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed & tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced pre cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type - 1 , flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for 80 mm inner diameter PN6 class SN8 HDPE flexible pipe for cable protection including taking down old unserveciable existing pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for LED flood light 50 watt rectangular, energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, die cast aluminium housing ,IP 66 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for sheet metal enclosures for DBs when MCBs to used verticle tripple pole & neutral (VTPN) double door 415 volts, 8 way with suitable Amp bus bar and neutral link (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for sheet metal enclosures for DBs when MCBs to used single pole & neutral (SPN) double door 240 volts, 8 way with suitable Amp rated bus bar and neutral link (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 415V 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of triple pole and neutral and current carrying capacity 63 Amps in the DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for amp rating 240V, 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and neutral and current carrying capacity 32 Amp in the MCB DB complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified.

S & F for 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified.

M & L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box made out of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, for mounting fittings/junction boxes including PVC board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/ fixing switches etc., including cutting holes for switches,sockets,regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw,washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Proper colour coding to be adopted

M & L Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH multistanderd copper conductor cable and one run of 4.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor cable for earth wire drawn in & including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 25 mm dia/appropriate dia with accessories & fittings complete and making good disturbed surface wall including taking down existing sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Two runs of 4.0 Sqmm cable and one run of earth wire 4.0 sqmm & conduit shall be measured as one unit length and extra length of cable required for connection to MCBs shall be deemed to be include in unit rate quoted by bidder.
