Supply and spreading stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15 cm to a true surface of broken stones for transformer and pole structure area all as directed

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable, foundation etc, and getting out in soft /loose soil all as directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed.

Material and labour for Hotdip galvanized Cable tray with trunking raceway of size 100 mm x 38/40 mm with 2 mm thickness with cover in suitable for cable of size upto 120 sq mm including fixing bracket edge plate extenrior angle cable outlet, junction bob cover for juction box, coupler ,nut bolt incluiding cutting the flooring for suitable sizes of raceway trunking and making good as per existing floor surfaces complete.Note :- (i) Hot dip Galvanising to be provided as per ISO specifications. (ii) If MS Clamp & Angle with nut bolts required for fixing/holding of raceway to be measured and paid separately in respective items.

M & L for heavy duty HDPE pipe of size 150 mm dia as per IS-14333:1996 & IS 4984: 2016 for protection of cable and venting of water from the cable duct to drain of outside complete all as specified and directed.Note :- If required the MS Clamp with nut bolts to be measured and paid separately in respective items.

Material and labour for Hotdip galvanized perforrated cable tray (Duct of size 50x600x2 mm with 1 partition two compartment suitatable for cable of size upto 120 Sqmm with complete fixing accessories like nut bolt, washers complete.Note :- (i) Hot dip Galvanising to be provided as per ISO specifications. (ii) If MS Clamp & Angle with nut bolts required for fixing/holding of raceway to be measured and paid separately in respective items.

Taking down copper/aluminum pt wiring (light fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switch, sockets, c/rose, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings, wooden boards, bell push, call bell, regulators etc (credit scheduled for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good to disturbed wall and surface complete all as specified.

M&L for Surface/steel structure conduit Point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable ISI Marked & drawing in and including non-metallic PVC conduit 20 mm bore medium grade & ISI marked on walls/ceilings/steel frame structure (with necessary arrangement as required at site) including ms clamping for conduit wiring making good & finishing of disturbed surfaces/structure,painting matching with the existing surface colour & including all conduit fittings, clamps, etc. Point to be for one light controlled by one switch , bell point controled by one bell point and fan point or one fan point controlled by one switch and regulator each including provision of new heavy duty PVC boxes with provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet of and PVC insulated stranded copper continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm size FRLS to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. (Switch/socket, regulators shall be measured & paid for separately). Note- All the wires will be used with approved colour coding and as directed .

Description all as per item 11 above but for 3 pin socket outlet 5 amp on the same board contraolled by separate switch complete all as specified.

M&L for PVC casing & Caping Point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable ISI Marked & drawing in and including in PVC casing & caping & ISI marked on walls/ceilings/steel frame structure (with necessary arrangement as required at site) including cutting chasing (if required) for wiring , pinning in making good & finishing of disturbed surfaces,white wash matching with the existing surface colour & including all in PVC casing & caping fittings, clamps, gutties etc. Point to be for one light controlled by one switch , bell point controled by one bell point and fan point or one fan point controlled by one switch and regulator each including provision of new new heavy duty PVC boxes with provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet of and PVC insulated stranded copper continuous earth wire 1.5 Sqmm size FRLS to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. M&L for replacement of switch piano flush button type 6 Amp 240 Volt one way single pole complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing Socket outlet 2 in 1, 5 pin, 5A/15 complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing ceiling rose surface bakelite 3 terminals 65 x 50mm mounted on PVC box in suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LED light fitting,4 feet ,1x20 watt 230 Volt, 4 Feet slim body with reflector,drivers,LEDs Astra is a surface & wall mounted LED batten complete with all accessories including LED Tubes internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size and lights fitting to be fixed on wooden batten which is fixed to steel structure with screws complete all as specified and directed including taking down old fitting.Make- Phillips/CG/Havells/Bajaj

Supply and fixing LED Tube light fitting 2 feet 1x10 watt 230 Volt, 2 feet slim body with reflector,drivers,LEDs and , complete with all accessories including LED Tubes internally pre-wired and including connecting up with twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size and lights fitting to be fixed on wooden batten which is fixed to steel structure with screws complete all as specified and directed including taking down old fitting.Make- Phillips/CG/Havells/Bajaj

S & F of LED light fitting 1x9W/1X10W bulkhead luminaires including LED light driver holder connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and directed including taking down old fitting.Make- Phillips/CG/Havells/Bajaj

Supply and fixing LED building Security Light Fittings 20/25 watts of turbo street lights are made up of pressure die cast housing with integrated lenses and high power LED's with IP66 protection. Efficacy ≥ 100LPW and other connected accessories including service bracket of GI pipe 25/32 mm bore medium grade of length 0.9 mtr with MS clamps, bolts, nuts, and washers as per required at site and making electrical connection with Copper wire 2 core of 1 Sqmm and taking down old unserviceable light any capacity any type complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed and including taking down old fitting.

Supply and fixing for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, IP-43, SPN, 240 volts ,8 way, double door type grouted in wall in cement mortar 1:3 or fixing on Wooden board in DB suitable size fixed to steel structure with MS clamp,nut, bols screws in suitable size upto 100 mm bore steel pipe structure and making electrical connection, complete all as specified and directed and including taking down old DBs and take to schedule of credit.

Supply and fixing for sheet metal enclosure MCB DB, IP-43, SPN, 240 volts ,4 way, double door type groutedin wall in cement mortar 1:3 or fixing on Wooden board in DB suitable size fixed to steel structure with MS clamp,nut, bols screws in suitable size upto 100 mm bore steel pipe structure and making electrical connection, complete all as specified and directed and including taking down old DBs and take to schedule of credit.

Supply and fixing MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, 240 volts, 10 KA, 'C' Curve characteristics, including taking out old unserviceable MCB/Isolator, electrical connections and removal from the site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing MCB SPN upto 32 Amps, 240 volts, 10 KA 'C' Curve characteristics, including taking out old unserviceable Isolator & electrical connection and removal from the site complete.

Taking down old unsv any type earthing and Supply, erection of Earth electrode 17.2 mm dia 3 mtr long of low carbon steel electrode with copper bonding of thickness 250 micron, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound type Carbon based compound conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly & should be solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC: 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including SS clamp to be provode both side and PVC EARTH PIT 300 X 300 MM WITH PLASTIC LID complete all as specified Note - (i) Earth electrode should be applicable Standards IS: 3043, IEC 62561-2 & IEC 60364-5 and made of High Tensile steel rods copper bounded, High tensile strength,good electrical conduction & effective performance and suitable for all type of soil and provided minimum distance 3 Mtrs. (ii) Back-fill compound should be Compliance to the Standards IEEE: 80, IS-3043, BS 7430, IEC 62561-7, ANSI/NSF 60 Certification.(iii) Positive low resistance electrical connection to the earth. (iv) Does not contain hazardous chemicals.(v) Electronically conductive (like in metals) and is not dependent on moisture.(v) Provide the desire value of earth resistance as per required specified values.(vi) Provide the Exothermic welding joints to entire grid system joints of earthing electrod.(vii) The earth continuity conductor or main lead of 10 mm dia copper bounded round steel solid conductor to be connected to DB and Panels upto to 7.5 Mtrs length jointing & shall be included in qouted rates. MAKE : OBO Betterman /Axis/VTR.

M&L for XLPE insulated heavy duty electric cable of size 10 Sqmm 4 core with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 volts grade served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall sheather laying in trenches/cable ducts, fixed to wall/pole and including taking down old unserviceable cable complete all as specified and directed of following sizes Note:- (i) Excavation & earth work, new sand, new bricks for cable protection shall be measured & paid seperatly in respective items here- in- before.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm all as directed.

M& L for Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refiiling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for paymet.

M&L for laying bricks 'B' class over a cable (Width wise) old liad dried complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting of metallic road/ hard standing/hard rock/wall up to a size not exceeding 20cm width and not exceeding 60cm in depth for laying of protection pipe for cable including making good the disturbed road/hard standing by providing PCC (1:2:4) type B1, 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate upto existing surface level or removing the any type of tiles carefully and refixing properly as per existing surface including suitable size of GI pipe (if necessary) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.Note: 1. If damaged/broken the any type of tiles while removing, the contractor shall replace the broken tiles with new one.2. The Quoted rate is included for all materials/T&P/Machinery used in this item, no material can paid/measured separately.3. All the removable tiles/re fixable material shall kept carefully at a safe place for refixing with in this quoted rate.4. GI Pipe shall measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking down unsv any type and size of GI tubing but S&F for 40 mm bore galvanised steel water tubing medium grade with all fitting fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, fabricating, installation, commissioning of Bus bar box out door type totally enclosed dust and vermin proof floor mounting with hinged doors and locking arrangement front and back fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet CPRI approved test type make including powder coated paint finish including all accessories, provision independent removevable MS plates for fixing cable glands for all incomming and out going cables and complete control wiring with 2.5 sqmm copper conductor incuding necessary PCC foundation complete all specified. Note :- (1) Rates deemed to be included for suitable lugs and glands for incoming and out going of LT UG cable.(2) The Contractor Shall submit the drawing with sample of accessories for approval before executing the work. (iii) (iii) The rates shall be deemed to includes the cost of keeping the surface clean and levelled all arround the Feeder piller box and provide Stone aggregate of size not exceeding 40 mm spread and leveled in layer no exceeding 15 cm to true surface in length and width upto 1000 mm all arround the Feeder pillar box.
