M&L of preparation of existing black top surfaces by wire brushing for removing caked mud etc and sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all dirt and applying a priming coat of bitumen primer @5 kg/10 sqm of paving bitumen of grade VG-10 completed all as specified and directed..

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber  with paving bitumen VG-30 with 4% binder content  by weight of total mix  with 8 to 10 Ton power roller  complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for bituminous premix asphaltic dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness by using mechanical pavers with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) as in semi dense asphaltic concrete rolled and compacted to required camber & gradients with 8 to 12 tones power road roller to a uniform smooth surfaces completed all as specified and directed

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering completed all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing Glow studs (cat,s eye) of size 80 to 100mmx80 to 100mm x 15 to 20 mm made of heavy duty body shall be moulded ASA (Acrylic styrene AcryloretriteO or HIP(High impact Polytyrene) or ABS having electronically welded micro -prismatic lens with absortion resistant coating as approved by Engineer in Charge .The cats eye shall support a load of 13635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280.The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35+/-5 degrees to base. The reflective pannels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The luminance intensity should be as per the specification and shall be tested as described in ASTM !;809 as recommended in BS 873 part 4;1973. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhessive confirming to IS , as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer and as per directionof Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing LED powered solar road studs of size not less than 110mmx110mmx25mm (with shank height not less than 50mm) made of weather resistance aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material electronically welded micro-prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating protection shall confirm to IP65 in accordance with IS :12063-1987 Category 2 for protection against water incease.Mono -crystalline Solar Panel 2.4 v/0.3watt. One Ni-Mh or NI-cd Rechargeable Battery (1.2v/1600MA). The cats eye shall support a load of approx 10TON weight.The slope of retro-reflective surface shall be 35+/-5 degrees to base. The reflective pannels on both sides with at least 12cm of reflective area up each side. The Stud shall provide a wiewing distance of not less than 800m. The studs shall be fixed to the road surface using the adhessive confirming to IS , as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete all as per direction of Engineer in Charge./GE

Supply and fixing for Metal Tubular delineator 900 mm long x 75mm dia MS pipe (Medium grade) powder coated with top cover with jali 400mm long from top and pasted with twin colour reflective tape strips embedded 200 mm below ground level including excavation and PCC M-15 (Nominal Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of size 200mmx200mmx200mm and making good surface complete all as per direction of Enineer In Charge/GE

Providing and marking broken centre line/side lines on road pavement and the like of any description and width as directed by the Engr-in-Charge with thermoplastic paint hot applied with machine conforming to BS 3262 and according to the specification laid down by IRC MOST (Ministry of surface transport) specification 2001 (4th revision) complete all as specified and directed.
