Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exec 1.5 mtr in deep for foundation etc.or for shafts, wells, cesspits, mainholes, pierholes cable etc.in soft/loose soil for foundation and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level all and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr for foundation ect. Or for shafts, well, cesspits, mainholes cable etc. hard/dense soil for foundation and getting out and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete all as directed

Supply and laying sand cushioning with dry clean river sand 15 cm below cable and 8 cm above the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned thickness shall be measured for the purpose of payments.

Supply and laying unreinforced precast cement concrete cable covers, Class LV, Type-1, with peak, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as directed.

Taking down/dismantling LT PCC/steel tubular poles ,studs,insulator including V clamp,cross arms , earth wire support etc and removing from site complete all as directed.

Supplying, transporting and erecting in position steel tubular swaged poles 410-SP-31 type, 9.00 M long complete with mild steel base plate, CI finial taper, bolts, nuts and washers etc. including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 around pole up to GL and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surafces with Aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 3 bands/ straps with synthetic paint colour from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 80 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of 50 mm bore GI pipe light grade fixed on pole /trenches/wall/road crossing etc complete with clamp nut bolt etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for trenchless boring 100 mm dia under road crossings/foot paths by manual / Boring machine complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down outdoor type LT Panel by disconnecting all connections very carefully with necessary switchgear and removing from site complete all as directed .

Supply and installation testing and commissioning LT Panel out door type, water and vermin proof protection of minimum size 1500mm x 1400mm x 500 mm (over all dimension) made out of 3.00 mm thick CRCA sheet dully supported with mild steel angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel flat iron 25 x 5 mm in horizontal sides of the frame with front and back side openable ,single hinged door / shutter with locking arrengement and powder coated finish both internal and external steel surfaces after necessary preparation of steel surfaces including providing PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of suitable size and connections of all outgoing / incomming cable inclusive of necessary excavation and earthwork as required including the following fitment supplied fitted and connected internally complete with bus bar with other accessories and also including removing old exisisting one complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Copper strip busbar of 500 amps rated capaacity wrapped with PVC sleeves with maintained the colour code and provision of making holes with Copper nuts, bolts & washers for cable connections including hydrograpic insulators with nuts & bolts at both ends = 04 Nos with compatible CTs, Digital ammeter and volt meter with selector switches , set of LED type, indicating lamps R,Y,B on incoming side. Supply and installation outdoor type loop in loop out junction box totally enclosed double door weather and vermin proof, suitably ventilated, 440 Volts, 50 HZ,AC supply, fully compartamentalised cubical type made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel and powder coating including suitable angle iron/flat iron frame work/supports, excavation and earth work, PCC foundation etc, including 4 Nos copper bus bar of 150 Amps with indicating lamps of R,Y,B and MCCB TPN, 415 volt adjustable type, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 25 KA- 01 No at incoming side, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair polycarbonate junction loop in / loop out box of internal size 230x170x105 mm made out of FRP (Hot moulded type) with weather proof canopy and locking screws alongwith 5/6 Amps MCB-01 No, 15 Amps rated 3 pole connector - 01 No, neutral link mounted and Din rail suitable size for mounting MCB/Connector complete in the box, duly fixed to steel tubular pole using 25 x 3mm FI clamp with suitable gland and lugs for connecting cable including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 1.5 Sqmm, single core Two runs PVC insulated and unsheathed FR cable 1100 Volts grade with multistranded copper conductor and one run of 1.5 Sqmm cable for common earth dolly drawn through heavy duty PVC conduit for street light pole including connection from kiosk box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for GI Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x6 mm buried directly in ground verticvally to size of depth not less than 0.90x 0.60 x 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, earth plate connected to galvanised earth strip of size 25x3 mm, 7.5 mtr long by means of brazing nuts, bolts, check nuts, & washers ,testing of completion (drawn in earth lead protection pipe light gade GI of size 32/40 mm dia) by means brazing at both edges with vertical plane of electrode all as shown in plate No 3 of SSR Part - I connected to earthing lead with Main switch/main control board,filling with charcoal dust 200 Kg, and common salt 100 KG , including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,perforated watering pipe,funnel with wire mesh,earth lead protection pipe light grade PCC chamber 1:3:6 type C1 (for even finish on both the faces) and RCC cover 1:2:4 Type B1,450 x450 x50 mm thick with 6 mm dia CTD bars 150 mm c/c with 2 Nos of handles of 10 mm dia steel rod all as specified and directed and testing on completion and connected to equipment with lugs and screw nuts etc all as specified and directed by EIC Note : (i) 7.5 RM GI earth wire deemed to be included in quoted rates beyond 7.5 RM wire shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth resistance of earth pit should be not more than 02 Ohms on testing after completion if the desired earth resistance is not obtained the earthing will be redone at no extra cost. (iii) Rate quoted by the tenderer is deemed to included salt & Charcoal upto & above 450 mm top of GI Plate.

S&F GI strip of size 25x4 mm connected both ends with necessary bolts, nuts & washrs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel as in cross arms bracing supports clamps and back planes fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts washers welding welding drilling holes for bolts in any shape and size as indicated or directed applying two coat aluminium painting over a cot of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix wire mesh fencing of opening size 35mm x 35mm and 2mm dia of wire MS galvanisd fencing, any or type complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n-exc. 40mm, deposited ,spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface. Note:- Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 40mm shall executed near base of electric Panels and inside the transformer fencing etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling/ Taking down existing overhead line ACSR conductor of any, size type complete all as directed.

Dismantling/ Taking down LT insulator, 1100 volts of any description , complete all as directed.

Dismantling/ Taking down existing cross arms of any description , complete all as directed.

Dismantling/ Taking down earth/ craddle wire of any description , complete all as directed.
