M&L for re-winding of burnt electric motor 1 HP 3 phase induction motor, after taking out burnt winding wire of field coil and re-winding of filed coil with suitable size of super enamled copper winding wire including necessary insulation reassembling and refixing in position etc, complete all as specified and as diected

S&F in repair insulated PVC insulated copper conductor 4 sqmm 5 core through steel conduit pipe of medium grade fixed to pole with fixing arrangement, working voltage 1100 volts grade, 50 Hz conforming to IS-694 from junction box to light fitting connections complete all as specified and directed.Make: HAVELLS/POLYCAB/FINOLEX

M&L in replacement for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick burried in a pit to a depth of 2.25mtrs below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50 meters below ground level, earth plate packed on all sides with charcoal dust mixed with salt to a thickness of 15cm, connected with earthing lead of 32mm x 6mm galvanised iron strip, watering pipe 20mm dia light grade and water filling funnel and mess complete all as shown in plate No 4 of MES Schedule part II to the earthing test point, including PCC Work complete including protection pipe 40 mm dia light grade all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note :- The earth strip/lead up to 7.5 m shall be deemed to be included quoted unit rate.)

M&L in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 32x6mm galvanised iron strip, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down defective MCCB / MCBs / Contactor / Starter / Rotary switch from the existing Feeder panel box for high mast light and refixing the same servicecable swtichgears at existing panel after necessary locking arrangements like welding, painting along with lugs, cable glands of various sizes for cables, danger notice plate, LED Indicating Lamps with colour coed Red Yellow Blue for R, Y and B Phases for each phase, strickering of Switcher gear about termination of switch gear, and the nuts/ bolts etc used are to be made of rust proof material incl as per IS: 8623 copper bus bar with insulators suitable for three phase and four wire LT AC, 50 Hz 415 V 100 A capacity complete with powder coating repair, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For new spare parts like MCCB / MCBs / Contactor / Starter / Rotary switch fittings shall be measured and paid seperately and paid seperately under respective items as supply only however screws, insulation sleeves, nuts bolts, washers and PVC insulated PVC sheathed, multistranded aluminium or copper conductor cable will be included in this rate)

Supply,lay,connect and commission LT underground cable XLPE of size 16 sqmm 4 core insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured heavy duty with multi stranded aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade (ISI) marked laid in trenches, ducts, pipes or fixed on pole etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavtion in trenches n.exc 1.5 meter wide and n. exc 1.5 meter in depth for foundation etc or for laying of cable etc and getting out in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying new dry river sand laid in trenches 8 cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable and punned to 18 cm as cable cushioning and covering, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in replacement of brick well burnt locally available sub class 'B' laid over sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches width of brick perpendicullar to the length of cable including taking up of old UNSV bricks, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm depth,complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n.exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 meter above the starting point,complete all as specified and as directed.
