Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre-cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class LV , type- I, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing without disturbing existing surface by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Pipes shall be laid minimum 1.00 mtr below/under existing road surfaces/ apron /floors etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

(Note: Excavation ,earth work ,sand cushioning,cover for cable protection,GI protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective of BOQ.)

S&F in provision cubical type cable junction box of size 195 mm x 135 mm x 90 mm fabricated /made out of 2 mm thick CRCA steel sheet junction box for street light pole mounted suitable for mounting on round pole & suitable arrangement for fixing of junction box such as bracket,clamp,nut & bolt etc.,complete including one single pole MCB 20 Amp breaking capacity 10 KA ,"B" series complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in provision cable PVC insulated unsheathed aluminium conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm 2 core for connectons from junction box to street /security light complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down / removing/dismantling unserviceable Street/Security light/Flood light of any wattage or size from existing electric poles and deposited to MES store for keeping in safe custody for reuse and refixing at its original complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old /unserveciable pre-stressed concrete poles/steel tubular poles of any type including breaking cement concrete complete and site clearance complete all as specified and directed. .

Supply and erection of steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP -31 (09.0 mtr long pole) swan neck type complete conforming to IS: 2713 complete with mild steel base plate, finial taper plug pole cap, mild steel bolt, nuts and screws,painting of pole externally with one coat of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and remain exterior portion of the pole shall be painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer with blue & white strip upto 1.20 m height above GL and all as specified and directed with two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surface including painting of 30 cm wide bands 5 Nos with yellow and black paint of radium/photosinthetic paint alternately on external surface above base / copingr upto the height of 1.5mtr above plinth block,writing letter or figures (Block Roman) with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade not exceeding 5 cm height including numbering of pole, Painting coping with two coats of cement based paint etc complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (i) All excavation and earthwork ,PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ. (ii) Manufacture's test certificate for pole shall be produced before execution work.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb/benching/ copings of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

S& F metal type cable route indicator at 20 mtr interval for LT under ground cable as approved by GE including plain cement concrete 1:4:8, (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in fixing of cable route indicator complete all as specified and directed

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 ,type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of provision of plinth LT panel board outdoor type (of suitable size 1500mm x 1200mm x 300mm ) plinth mounted on pedestal CPRI approved factory made, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof (protection class IP-54) ( FRONT OPENING) with locking arrangement made of mild steel angle iron frame 40mm x 40mmx 5mm complete and made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet as per IS: 5039 duly painted with powder coated paint of approval shade after minimum seven tank treatment process complete all as specified and as directed.
