M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 16mm -18 mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dados in narrow width, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:3 on faces of brick work and jointed with grey cement slurry incl. including grinding, rubbing & with beewax polishing into mirror finish all as specified & directed.

Taking down strong air roof turbo ventilator exhaust fan of any sweep after disconnecting all necessary connections for repair and refixing in the same opening and same place & position complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F stainless steel Non power Turbo ventilator polycarbonate base 600 mm dia shed mounted wind driven automatic grade of speed 960 RPM including cutting and fixing on galvalume sheet complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall or concrete surface etc including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc & removing the debris from the premises upto 500 m from the MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick (external) rendering (external) on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick (internal)on fair face brick masonry/concrete surface etc., in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc, complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fittings (exclusive or steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted steel surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor & paving of any thickness (above or below ground level )by mechanical tools and removing excavated material exceeding 1.50 km and not exceeding 5.0 km complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair 240V, 10KA 'B' curve miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of single poles (SP) and current carrying capacity 6 to 32 Amp with breaking capacity 10 KA ,in the MCB DB with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: Two runs of 6 sqmm and one run of 6 sqmm cable and one run of conduit shall be measured as one RM.

Supply, laying ,jointing and testing LT cable, XLPE Insulated ,armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sq.mm.,2.0 core including taking down of existing cable complete all as specified & directed. Note:- 1. Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid under respective item. (2) All Necessary T & P required shall be arranged by the Contractor.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 0.45 metre deep and not exceeding 0.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations,laying of cable, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground(UG) electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre-cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class LV , type- I, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
