M&L reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix)(using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation including rafts, footings,plinth beams, and mass concrete etc.complete all as specified and directed. Use and waste of form work sides & soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressum-mers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors & beams, etc. rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor & roofs and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exceeding 10cm but not exceeding 20cm wide rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to sides of columns, pillars, piers, post and struts for rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over grade Fe-500, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for column,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 08 mm dia and over grade Fe -500 , as in stirrups, spacers & binders ,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for coloumn,, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) mix, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in plinth protection, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, including 10 mm wide, 75mm deep joints made at 3.00 m in length and filled with bitumen 85/25 grade and sand in the ratio 1:3 including necessary form work , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread & leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface etc complete all as specified& directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 mm x 250 mm x7mm thick / 450 mm x 350 mm x7mm thick ,as in vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc ,set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match the tiles, over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L joint free non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (sqaure/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc., over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the existing surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20 mm thick granite slab (or any type) table rubbed and pre mirror polished in steps,jambs,pillar, window cill,cooking platforms and like in cement mortar1:4, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite ,over & including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

M & L for rounding of edges of stone slab one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations work, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board, exterior grade, prelaminated both sides with decorative choice laminations, fixed in aluminium shutter /partition with screws & favicol where required as in cubical desk and cabinets including making holes with decorative covers for wires where ever required fixed to aluminum partition complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for Brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on brick or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on stone masonry surfaces or on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4, finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:3 on concrete ceiling surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement omplete all as specifed and as directed.

M&L for prepatation of new plaster ceiling surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of alkali resistant primer (from same manufacturer of OBD) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepatation of new plaster surface of wall surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) over a coat of alkali resistant primer (from same manufacturer of OBD) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coating of any colour (thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) anodised , windows, ventilators shutters , fixed type without sash bar ,aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats glazing clips rubber packing anodised aluminium, snap beading screws, powder coated aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1No.),100mm long hinges type B-21 (2Nos), suitable handle(02 Nos.) in each door top rail guide rail etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S &F powder coating (thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) aluminium section minimum weight @1.10 Kg/m of any colour for doors shutters and partitions frames with extruded built up standard sections of approved make fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions with sealent with wall, i.e. at top, bottom and sides including cleat angle, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws,glazing clips rubber neoprene packing, hangles two Nos in each doors ,hinge,aluminium snap beading screws etc , all complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 100 mm size Butt hinges medium weight cold rolled mild steel and fixed complete all as specified & directed.

S & F Aluminium anodised barrel tower bolts of extruded section and fixed 200 mm long complete all as specified & directed. .

S & F Aluminium anodised handles of extruded section and fixed 150 mm long complete all as specified & directed.

S&F 250 mm long aluminium alloy, anodised,sliding door bolt with hasp,staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with using liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions over roof top surface finished even and smooth using extra cement and application of water proofing treatment using APP modified roof membrane over non accessible/ non approachable RCC roof slab / chajjah / canopy / parapet wall( horizontal/vertical surface)to be executed through approved applicator of the membrane manufacturer with following specification etc complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Cleaning existing surface properly. (b) Applying approved bituminous based primer( conforming to IS: 3384-1995) @ 0.30 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP membrane with a density 0.87-0.89 Kg per liter at 25 degree centigrade on prepared surface . (c) Laying not less than 3mm thick APP (Atactic polypropylene Polymer modified prefabricated membrane) modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster fiber weight not less than 160gsm/Sqm using butane torch by torch application with 10cm side laps and 15cm end lap. Physical property of membrane shall be as under :- (i) Membrane weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm. (ii) Non woven polyester weight not less than 160 gsm/Sqm. (iii) Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree Celsius. (iv) Joint tensile strength-longitudinal not less than 650 Kg / Sqcm and transverse not less than 450 Kg /Sq.cm at 230 degree Celsius. (v) Tear strength - longitudinal not less than 300 N & transverse not less than 250N. (vi) Elongation of reinforcement not less than 30%. (vii) Impermeability under water pressure not less than 3 Kg/Sqcm. (d) APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch by Torch application with minimum 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap. (e) Applying two coat of bituminious based Aluminium Paint @ 0.3 Kg /sqm over APP Membrane.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick as in soft / loose soil including watering & removing surplus soil material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr & making good surface complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 ,type B-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations,filling & mass concrete for fencing posts, foundation of pole ,struts & stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified & directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses /tubular post (square/ rectangular /circular) steel tubular sections including special shaped washers etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS: 1161- 1979 Grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Drawing & design shall be approved by GE.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb /benching /copings /leveliing course/window cill etc. including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 60 mm thick factory made machine pressed chamfered edge pre-cast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of approved shade, design & pattern , laid as in footpath, light traffic parking etc, made by table vibratory method using PU mould of any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of M-35 grade laid over & including 50mm thick compacted bed over fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying by vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for point wiring for one light point / fan point/ call bell point controlled by one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box made out of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, for mounting fittings/junction boxes including PVC board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/ fixing switches etc., including cutting holes for switches,sockets,regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw,washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Proper colour coding to be adopted

S&F for 5.5 mm thick plain tinted glass area exc 0.50 sqm each pane fixed in door/window/partition/ventilators complete all as specified and directed

S&F for aluminium alloy wire cloth , 0.45 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with aluminium wire staple door/windows complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface complete all as specified & directed.
