M&L Sand filling in cable trenches for cable protection with clean, dry sand unwashed incl gently punning in a layer of 15 Cm and 8 Cm (total 23 CM) in thickness all across the laid portion of LT Cable in trenches complete all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment

M&L for un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as directed

S & F cross arms bracing supports, clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one coat of aluminium paint over red oxide /zinc chrome primer complete all as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete for coping of poles using PCC type C1, 1:3:6, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finishing without using extra cement complete all as directed.

M & L for cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere type C2 ,1:3:6 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as directed.

M & for cement concrete for foundation fillings and mass conctere type D2, 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as directed. ( Note: inclusive of PCC for post hole of chain link fencing)

Supply and fix anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as directed.

M & L Steel tubular swaged poles with MS base plate Continuously welded to pole, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws type 410 SP- 55 (11 metres long) includind two coat of black bituminous paint internally throughout the pole and externally upto embedded portion and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with Red and Yellow strip of 30 cm each upto 1.5 m height and two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer externally on remaining exposed surface after eraction in position incl prepration of surface, complete all as directed.(Note:- earth work ,PCC and copping will be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Supply & installation of HT 11 KV outdoor type gang operated air-break switch triple pole ,mechenically operated,mounted on 12 insulators (with drop out fuse) and steel frame ,with operating mechanism worked from ground level of rating 200 Amps complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for HT 11 KV, lightning arrestor explusion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps complete all as directed.

Supply, laying ,commissioning and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sq mm complete all as directed.

Supply, installation , commissioning ,and testing step down transformer, outdoor type, and conforming to IS 1180:2014, plinth mounted, HT 11 KV, 3 phase 433 volts, 4 wire, 50 Hz, delta/star connected, vector group DYN -11 double copper wound, ONAN, manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5 %, continuous rating of capacity 100 KVA including bushing on HT end cable box on LT side. The Transformer shall be provided with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of transformer oil IS 335 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated oil etc, complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following accessories :- (a) Primary HV side having cable glands suitable for OH conductor(consisting of 3 Nos porcelain HT bushings with brass/gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers). (b) One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size. (d) Dehydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent. (e) Thermometer pocket on tank cover.(f) One No 100mm dia dial type thermometer vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with temp reading pointer, max temp indicator and resetting device. (g) Rating plate with terminal markings. (h) Two earthing terminals on tank/tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32x6m GI eath strip. (j) Oil Level gauge. (k) Oil drain and filter valves. (l) Oil filler hole with cap/plug with connections complete. (m) Lifting lugs. (n) Air relief valve plug. (o) Four solid cast steel detachable rollers. (p) First fill of fresh oil conforming to relvant IS and tested upto 50 KV dielectric strength upto top of core. (q) Extra bushing for neutral outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) Provision of 2 Nos danger boards 250 x 200mm size made out of 1.6 mm thick MS plate, vitreous enameled white, with letters, figures of vltage and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour, one at HT side and other on LT side. (s) Any other fittings/accessories so as to confirm the whole transformer to IS-1180 Part-I:2014.

Supply ,laying ,commissioning and testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised, steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor of following sizes omplete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5mtr deep below normal ground level, connected with & including galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm earthing lead connected to main test point as directed as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of galvanized iron protected by 40 mm dia (light grade) GI tubing, funnel, wire mesh, 20mm bore GI tubing (light grade) watering pipe , including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 cover slab of size 54 x 54 x 5 cm reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15cm c/c in both ways and 10mm dia MS handle (01 No) of suitable size for lifting of cover slab, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil all as shown in Electric plate No. 3 of SSR part-I and testing on completion including taking out the old unserviceable earthing materials complete all as directed.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing using hand drill manual boring technique complete all as directed.

M&L for Construction of Plinth of size 2.0mx 2.0mx1m for transformer, using 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 as in lean concrete, fly ash brick masonry in CM 1:6, the top of the plinth shall consist of 100 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) over 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 over compacted moorum filling, 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick surface and applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of primer and including 25 cm thick stone aggregates of size 12.5 mm all around upto and including 1.5 m from the edge of the plinth complete all as directed. (Note: Provn of chain link fencing measured and paid separately in respective items)

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes), each n exc 0.5 cum in soft/loose soil, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails,braces, etc., complete includng pintle hinges ,stops, hand made sliding bolts,etc with ends of bars shouldered or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars ,barred iron doors,ladders,framed balusters,walk ways ,railings,framework of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290-O Gde E-165 complete all as directed.

M & L for mild steel angle as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 and embedding in concrete complete all as directed.

M & L mild steel work such as in flat iron fillets confirming to Fe-410-O/ Fe-310 to secure chain link fencing /fixing of barbed wire to steel post including all necessary cutting,drilling,bolting/riveting etc including mild steel round bars 10 mm dia ,fixed to fencing post including necessary welding were required as per site condition and similar works cut to length,bent to shape as required including cranking,bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410-W complete all as directed.

Supply only 4 mm dia GI wire chain link fencing of mesh size 100x100mm complete all as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing of mesh size of 100x100mm of 4mm dia mild steel galvanised wire including line wires, binding wire fixed to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc complete all as directed.

M&L two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described including preparation of surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L Sub main wiring four single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH multistanderd copper conductor cable and one run of 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor cable for earth wire drawn in & including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade with fitings (ISI marked) not less than 20mm dia, complete and making good disturbed surface wall (as per existing) and taking down of existing submain wiring complete all as directed. Note : - 04 runs of 6 Sqmm cable and 1 run of earth wire 6 sqmm and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit length.

S&F three pole and neutral enclosure with earth ,plug and socket with 32A MCB complete all as directed.
