Note:- (i) The contractor shall produce minimum two years warrenty against any manufactures defect/ failure of fitting from the authorised representative / OEM of the make as specified and brought at site. (ii) The Lux output shall not be less than 100 lumins per watt. (iii) The PF should be 0.90 (iv) The LED street light fittings shall be provided with overload / under load protection with range 180 to 380 volts and inbuilt surge protection device. (v) The contractor / manufacture shall provide on site warranty for carrying out necessary repair / replacement of defective street light fittings. Supply, lay, test and commissioning of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire, armoured, heavy duty electric power cable (HTUG), 11000 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm ( Earthed) including takingout existing unserviceable cable all as specified and as directed.Note - Rates are included with Megger testing of Cable.

Supply, installation and erection in true vertical or to be planted as strut steel tubelar swaged welded complete with MS base plate of 6mm thick of size 300mm at bottom duly welded and MS pole cap at top, poles made out of ERW MS tubing confirming ISI161 Part-II, type 410 SP-31 (9.0m long) including drilling of holes of required size and Nos for fixing of cross arms/ clamps, painting with one coat of red oxide primer and two coates of aluminum paint for expose surface and two coats of black bituminous paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three black/white bands at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height at 300mm spacing, painting pole No, with black paint at suitable height, including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified & directed by EIC.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates, fabricated from structural steel including nuts, blots, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminum paint all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unsv earthing of any type and size and Supply erection of Earth electrode 17.2 mm dia 3 mtr long of low carbon steel electrode with copper bonding of thickness 250 micron, Back-fill earthing enhancing compound AXIS ULTRA / AXIFILL type Carbon based compound conductive concrete type which has a resistivity of less than 0.12 Ohm Mtr as per Clause 14.5D of IEEE : 80 standard. Back-fill compound should be electronically conductive (Like in metals) and should not depend on moisture for conduction. Back-fill comound should be environment friendly & should be solidify when mixed with water and set like concrete and should not leach / diffuse into the ground. Back-fill compound shall not be mixed with any soil while pouring in the bore hole. Test Certificate as per as per IEC: 62561-7 for Back-fill compound shall be submitted along with the material including SS clamp to be provode both side and PVC EARTH PIT 300 X 300 MM WITH PLASTIC LID complete all as specified Note - (i) Earth electrode should be applicable Standards IS: 3043, IEC 62561-2 & IEC 60364-5 and made of High Tensile steel rods copper bounded, High tensile strength,good electrical conduction & effective performance and suitable for all type of soil and provided minimum distance 3 Mtrs. (ii) Back-fill compound should be Compliance to the Standards IEEE: 80, IS-3043, BS 7430, IEC 62561-7, ANSI/NSF 60 Certification.(iii) Positive low resistance electrical connection to the earth. (iv) Does not contain hazardous chemicals.(v) Electronically conductive (like in metals) and is not dependent on moisture.(vi) Provide the desire value of earth resistance as per required specified values.(vii) Provide the Exothermic welding joints to entire grid system joints of earthing electrod.

M&L for GI earth strip of size 32 x 6 mm in ground not exceeding 40cm deep / fixing to wall / structure including taking down old strip complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- (i) Excavation for laying of Earth strip to be paid in respective items (ii) Cost of insulator and other accessories for fixing of earth strip to pole structure to be includes in items rates.

M&L of GI tubing light grade of size 80 mm for protection of cable in trenches/on pole all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in of GI tubing light grade of size 50 mm for protection of cable in trenches/on pole all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 metre long, by applying one coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and street light bracket. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms Each). Pole Nos shall be written on pole with black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete.

Material and labour for cement Painting of PCC pole 9.0 metre long, by applying one coat of cement colour after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and street light bracket to painted with on coat of Aluminium paint. Cement colour will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and white enameled paint (30 Cms Each) Pole Nos shall be written on pole with black paint in yellow circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable junction boxes factory made, made out of polycarbonate with hinges and door with locking arrangements of size 155 x210 x 92 mm housing in and including three phase cable connector terminal of suitable size and one No of MCB SP 6 Amps, 240 Volts, in/out cable gland of suitable size of cables complete fixed on street light pole with clamp/bracket, nuts, bolts and washers etc including taking down old brocken terminal juction box complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.Make- Hensel/Schniender/ hager or equivalent to other make specification.

M&L in galvanised steel wire 4 mm dia as earth conductor run along the over head line duly binded with metallic cross arms and armour of cable at the end pole cpomplete .

Supply and fix LT 1100V pin type porcelain/ vitreous china, white, brown, or green insulator hight 100 mm, 65mm dia, 1100 V grade incl. one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washer and one GI nut complete [ISI marked]. Make : BHEL, Modern.

Supply and fix LT 1100V shackle type porcelain/ vitreous white, 75mm height 90mm dia incl. one galvanised mild steel spindle, washer insulator bolt & GI nut complete [ISI marked]. Make : BHEL, Modern.

Dismantling of ACSR conductors from existing pole and removing from site all as directed by Engr -in Cahrge.

M&L in repair for providing HT/LT over head lines on prestressed concrete poles with aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) (weasel). including straining properly on insulator and binding with aluminium binding wire, connectors and jumpers etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE:- Measurement for the purpose of payment shall be made by measuring horizontal distance between centres of two adjacent poles and compounding the weight of conductors of that size and length and adding 3% extra for sag, joints, jumpers etc.

Filtration of transformer oil of transformers installed at various locations to achieve di-electric strength not less than 60 KV for 1 minute at 2.5 mm gap as per relevant IS with portable filtration plant, testing of the oil for the di-electric strength before filtration and after filtration complete all as directed. Note :- a) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for taking necessary conections to filteration plant from transformer and switch gear oil duly removing the inlet and out let connections. (b) Electric supply for the filteration plant will be made self arrangement by the contractor and cost deemed to be including qouted rates. (c) The dielectric strength value of the transformer oil shall be tested affter filtration as specified and directed.(d) Test reports shall be enclosed at the time of payment.

Supplying, filling dehydration of new transformer oil for toping up/replacement of transformer oil having dielectric strength not less than 60 KV (rms) with gap of 2.5 mm all as conforming to IS 335 of 1993 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply installation commissioning & testing isolator gang operated (air break switch) outdoor type triple pole single break suitable for horizontal mounting revolving type consisting hot dipped galvinised channel having 2 Nos 11/6.6 KV post type insulator in stack and 03 such stack per phase copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned and double contacts plated MS arcing horn complete with 40mm galvanised medium grade pipe as operating rod of suitable length operated handle with locking arrangements at both on & off position coupling connection etc suitable for 11/6.6 KV of rating 400 Amp capacity as per IS-1818 and rated short time current 25 KA for 3 seconds complete all as specified & directed by EIC.
