M&L for Brick work with using fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out hard dense soil including forming bottom surface to required slope /gradient for laying cables /pipes ,foundations, laying of cable,shafts, well,cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil exceeding 250 Mtr but not exceeding 500 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

S&F roof trusses (framed), post,trussed, purlins, crane gantries ,rail,rafter, heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) distance pieces, cleats,fastening including fabrication and fixing conforming to Fe-410-W(Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified & directed. Note: Drawing & design shall be approved by GE.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepartion of new or previously untreated steel surface of any description , not otherwise described over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on brick masonry/concrete surface etc in CM (1:4) in two layer ,mixed with water proofing compound , trowelled to fair finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note:Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seprerately under respective item of "BoQ")

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in kerb /benching /copings /leveliing course/window cill etc. including weathering,slightly rounded or chamfered angle and throating including use & waste of necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel work as in wind tie for roof including securing bolts or weld, clamp, hold fasts, wall ties, plate washer & similar articles confirming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed

S & F 0.80 mm thick( length & girth as fixed) plain mild steel sheeting eaves in ridges,hips, valley, gutter, drip and straight flashing gutters, galvanised with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing 1100 Volt XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 70 Sq mm 3.5 core including taking down existing cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid under respective item. (2) All Necessary T & P required shall be arranged by the Contractor.

Supply, laying , jointing & testing 1100 Volt XLPE insulated,screened ,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electirc power cable ( heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor , 1100 Volts grade of cross sectional area 25Sq mm 4.0 core including taking down existing cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 1. Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid under respective item. (2) All Necessary T & P required shall be arranged by the Contractor.

Supply and spreading clean, dry, fine river sand for under ground(UG) electric cable in two layers (8cm thick before laying of cable & 15cm thick after laying cable to a total of 23cm) including gentle punning the sand upto 18cm (total thickness) and consolidated around cable for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- For measurement purpose punned thickness shall be considered as per clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I.

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre-cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class LV , type- I, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Boring of hole under road, pavement, hard standing without disturbing existing surface by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Pipes shall be laid minimum 1.00 mtr below/under existing road surfaces/taxi track / apron /floors etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 40 mm bore GI tube, light grade with all fitting for cable protection including clamp ,nut,bolts & washer etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one way switch with using with FRLSH PVC insulated PVC unsheathed electric cable conforming to IS:694, 1100V grade AC, single core having multi stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sq.mm nominal cross sectional area for phase & neutral and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit ISI marked medium grade not less than 20 mm dia with all conduit accessories in concealed wiring system & 1.5 Sqmm green PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor as a earth wire connected to earth dolly by providing lugs including sunken type anodized pressed steel sheet terminal box (normal & modular type) made out of 1.6mm thick of suitable size, for mounting fittings/junction boxes including PVC board with bakelite sheet 2.8 mm thick laminated cover make sheet for housing/fixing switches etc., including cutting holes for switches,sockets,regulators etc as per requirement including fixing with machine screw,washer etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: Proper colour coding to be adopted.

M & L Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH multistanderd copper conductor cable and one run of 6.0 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH multi stranded copper conductor cable for earth wire drawn in & including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade with fittings (ISI marked) not less than 20 mm dia/appropriate dia with accessories & fittings complete and making good disturbed surface wall including taking down existing sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Two runs of 6.0 Sqmm cable and one run of earth wire 6.0 sqmm & conduit shall be measured as one unit length and extra length of cable required for connection to MCBs shall be deemed to be include in unit rate quoted by bidder.

Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of fully automatic OWC machine of model K-OWC-250 (dimension of machine 2400 mm X1200 mm X1425 mm) varied according to space availbility )having capacity 250 Kg per day,capacity 800 L ,structure frame mild steel channels,PLC screen based control panel , mixer motor 3 HP ,shredder motor 2 HP having heating element capacity 6 KW ,power rating 9.5 KWH with inbuilt shredder and electrical panel complete all as specified and directed. Note:Two Nos shovel & 01 No.stair with stand to be provided by the bidder and deemed to be included in the unit quoted rate.

Comprehensive annual maintenance contract (AMC)( to commence from next day of completion of Phase -I) inclusive operation,service and maintence and all consumeable for one year (365 days) complete all as specified and as directed.
