M & L earthing complete with Gl electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.00mm thick buried directly in ground vertically in pit of depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to Gl earth strip 32 mm X 6mm(up to 7.5 mtr length on earth plate) as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including excavation and earth work and disposal of surplus soil including 40 mm dia Gl tubing light grade and necessary fitting for protection of Gl strip including laying of charcoal, dust and common salt PCC (1:3:6) type C-l( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame & 50mm thick pre cast RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm C/C both way with mild steel handle 12 mm dia round bars ,10mm thick plastering with cement mortar (1:4) internally and upt0o 150 mm below ground level externally, PGI funnel with wire mesh 20mm dia Gl pipe for watering complete all as shown on electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part -1 2009 and connected in earth testing point including testing cincluding taking down old/ unserveciable existing earthing & making good disturbed surface of wall ,floors etc.complete all as directed. Notes: -(i) Earth lead & protection pipes length upto & including 7.50 metre. (ii) Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. (iii) Soil should be free from stone, boulders, aggregate, gravels etc.

Disconnecting the defective/burnt alternator from the engine and removing it from the base frame and shifting it to the workshop, removing rotor and cutting the field copper winding or armature winding and cleaning the slots complete for rewinding and using super enameled copper wire, varnishing and drying using three coats of insulating varnishing and reassembling the motor after repairs/ re setting complete re installation at site including transportation complete of any capacity of DG Set complete all as specified by Engineer in charge.

Supply and laying GI pipe 100 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings for cable protection including taking down old unserveciable pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying GI pipe 150 mm dia light grade with all necessary fittings for cable protection including taking down old unserveciable pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft & loose soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes,foundations, shafts, well, cesspits, manholes etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of not exceeding 25 cm thick after the cables & pipes etc. are laid, jointed & tested and foundations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced pre -cast concrete cable cover class LV, Type - 1 , flate, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for protection of underground cable, consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : The depth of sand shall be measured after punning only)

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, foundations,filling & mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing as in replacement MCCB four pole 160 amps 415 volt , 50 Hz breaking capacity not less than 36 KA with thermal magnetic release, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting with spreader links Ics=100 % of Icu complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing as in replacement MCCB four pole 200 amps 415 volt , 50 Hz breaking capacity not less than 36 KA with thermal magnetic release, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting with spreader links Ics=100 % of Icu complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing as in replacement MCCB four pole 400 amps 415 volt , 50 Hz breaking capacity not less than 36 KA with thermal magnetic release, adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting with spreader links Ics=100 % of Icu complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair Aluminium thimbles of size 50 Sq mm to 120 Sqmm of 3.5 core /4 core and including removing burnt thimbles from existing XLPE cables & cable made to suitable for fixing new thimbles with necessary connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of ON LOAD manual change over switch 415 volt in sheet metal enclosure four pole of capacity 630 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of OFF LOAD manual change over switch 415 volt in sheet metal enclosure four pole of capacity 200 amps complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair All -in-one 15 W high efficiency Solar street light with high efficiency made with mono crystalline solar PV module, Lithium Ferro Phosphate (PO4) battery with in-built BMS technology, high efficacy LED, MPPT solar charge controller and Aluminium extruded body IP65 with serveciable battery compartment high efficiency LED150 LPW and PIR dimming provided for optimizing battery autonomy & specially programmed to automatically control the dimming and brightness of light.taking down old unserveciable Solar street light complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells Cat part No. SOLAR AIO 15 W or its equivalent.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Retrofit control device for Emmission control for DG Set of 40 KVA capacity any make/vintage complete all as specified and directed. RECD to be installed in place of existing silencer. No soot is to be collected in the retrofit device. The device including enclosure should include an oxidation chamber and passive regeneration trap. TEST REPORTS Certificates:- Device should be 'Type Approved' as per the system and procedure of Central Pollution Control Board for Emission Compliance Testing of RECD for DG setengines dated 01/02/22 vide pollution control series PCLS/12/2021-22. Adhering to this, RECD to be 'Type Testing' for an equivalent KVA family as per the system and procedure from any one of the four CPCB, Govt of India, recognized/approved test agencies/labortories as given below:- (a) Automotive Research Associatiion of India (ARAI, Pune) (b) International Centre for Automotive Testing (ICAT, manesar) (c) Indian Institute of Petroleum (IIP, Dehradun) (d) Vehicle Research Developement establsihment (VRDE, Ahmednagar) Back pressure due to emission control retrofit device:- Maximum back pressure exerted by the RECD at max prescribed load by DG OEM (as per the capacity of the DG Set) should be under limit and display panel to be provided for back pressure and exhaust temperature limit. General Techmical Requirements (GTR)/commisioning:- (a) RECD shall be complete with safety precautions to ensure no damage should be done to the DG set operation under any circumstances. RECD should be closely coupled with the DG exhaust to ensure 100% of the exhuast passes through the RECD. (b) Anti-vibration mountings shall be provided for complete RECD in case of flexible coupling with DG exhaust. (c) RECD should have protection against under voltage, over volatage, under frequency, over frequency, low battery voltage, over current, earth fault, short circuit, phase sequence change etc. (d) RECD shall be with corrosion resistive and HR paint. (e) Contractor shalll provide the TRIAL RUN of recd with the available electrical load at site. The trial run shall be for two hours. The elctrical loading shall not be more than the rated capacity of the DG Set. (f) Exhaust piping, extra civil work, distribution board shalll be provided by the Contractor. Scope of Installation:- (a) Installation of RECD when offered is inclusive in the scope of supply and shall be done by contractors own arrangements. (b) Construction of suitable earthing station (if applicable) and necessary connections shall be done by the Contracor.

Supply and fix powder coated CRCA steel for thickness of 2/3 15 mm of minimum weight 75 kg for 3.15 mm thickness & 55 kg for 2 mm thickness to be made into desired shape and size by cutting slots for provision of cable entry/exit and fixing of MCCBs/MCBs etc complete with nuts, hinges and door handles for repair/maintenance of LT outdoor as well as indoor panel depending upon the site requirement complete all as specified and directed.
