Material and labour for spreading and leveling evenly (any thickness) 40 mm graded stone aggregated complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair mild steel galvanised stay assembly set complete comprising of 14mm dia, 400mm long stay bow, 2150mm long stay rod 20mm dia, 300mm x 300mm x 6mm stay plate, thimble, loop insulator large size all as shown in electrical plate No.1 of MES Schedule part-I 2010 complete including dismantling and taking out old damaged stay complete all as directed. Note :- PCC , earth work and Insulators etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing steel tubular pole, swaged, complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, washer and screws including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paints to portion embedded including numbering of poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paints, type 410-SP-55 ( 11 meter long) complete, Including disconnecting and taking out old damage any type pole complete all as directed. Make - National Tubing co / Indian tube co ltd / Bharat Conduit & steel works kanpur. Note - Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately as these respectively.

Excavation, in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide & n.exc 1.5 m in depth for laying of cable/pipes and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering & well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm complete all as directed.

M&L Sand filling in cable trenches for cable protection with clean dry sand unwashed incl gently punning in a layers of 15 Cm and 8 Cm (total 23 CM) in thickness all across the laid portion of Cable in trenches complete all as directed. Note :- Punned thickness shall only be considered for payment

M&L for unreinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat, size 300mmx l80mm x 40mm complete all as directed.

Repair/maintenance of burnt/defective transformer of capacity 50 KVA to 500 KVA, 11 KV/433 volts 3 phase by disconnecting HT/LT cable and earthing connections from pole/floor mounted, taking from site carefully with the help of Crane and transportation of the same to workshop for repairs, draining out the transformer oil, dismantling complete and taking out the core assembly and removing burnt out windings, rewinding/dehydrating the core assembly, reassembling transformer after repair, replacement of complete gasket set, refilling the oil duly filtered / dehydrated, topping up with new oil, carrying out routine tests, including transportation back to site, testing and commissioning of the repaired transformer at site on full load after making cable and earthing connections complete all as directed. Note :- (i) New transformer oil and Dehydration of Transformer oil shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) The vender should submit the guarentee certificate for the work done after rapair.

Material & labour for rewinding of HT side winding with copper wire/strip of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per existing pattern including providing insulation, varnish etc complete all as directed.

Material & labour for rewinding of LT side winding with copper wire/strip of suitable size/gauge, fixing the coil in position in core assembly and making connection as per existing pattern including providing insulation, varnish etc complete all as directed.

M&L for servicing/comprehensive/routine maintenance and overhauling of transformer of capacity upto 125 KVA, 11 KV/433 Volt, 3 phase indoor/outdoor type of any make by disconnecting HT/LT cable/busbar and earting connections complete from pole/floor/transformer shed and providing electric power to user by alternative arrangement, cleaning of all components like tap changer, terminal bushes, bushing rod and outer insulated surface of transformer by vaccum cleaner and dry cloth including replacement of wornout gasket and rusted nuts & bolts and all connections must be checked and tightening after cleaning upto the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge. Transformer must be meggered and connecting all connections and necessary testing complete with undermentioned scope of work :- (a) Cleaning of transformer complete (b) Testing of transformer for IR value (c) Checking and servicing/calibration of WTI for healthyness (d) Magnetic balance test (e) IR value should be checked before and after the work (f) Voltage ratio test should be at 440 Volt. (g) DC logic test. (h) Commissioning of transformer after completion of work. Note : (i) Test result obtained should be recorded and submitted to the Engr-in-Charge. (ii) All measuring eqpt and T&P required shall be arranged by the contractor . (iii) Any items/activity not listed /covered here in above and requiring during/completing the above work will have to be arranged by the contractor himself. (iv) Defective parts, topping & including dehydration of transformer oil measured and paid under respective items. However labour charge included. (v) The rate quoted shall be deemed to all other any necessary items not covered here in above, disconnecting/testing and reconnection after completion of transformer maint work.

All as per item No. 50.00 above but transformer capacity from 160 KVA to 200 KVA.

All as per item No. 50.00 above but suitable for transformer capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA.

Supply and pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers installed at various site as well as transformers under repair for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 4 mm gap, complete all as directed. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge. Supply and pouring of new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers installed at various site for topping up after dehydration to achieve the di electric strength upto 60 KV at 4mm air gap complete all as directed. Material and Labour for heating, filtration and dehydration of transformer oil as per IS : 10028 (Part-III) 1981, Para 5.2 with dehydration/ filtration plant to achieve dielectric strength of 60KV at 4 mm air gap, complete all as directed. Note:- Any damages occurred to the transformer during the process of dehydration, shall be made good in serviceable condition by the contractor to the entire satisfaction of the Eng-in-charge at his own expenses and submit test report after dehydration.

Supply and fixing in replacement of silica gel breather assembly with vent pipe complete with fresh blue coloured, for transformer of capacity upto 200 KVA complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 55 above but suitable for transformer capacity 250 KVA to 500 KVA.

Supply and fixing in replacement of rubberized cork sheet gasket 6mm thick for top cover and HT/LT bushes complete all as directed for transformer upto 500 KVA capacity including replacement of Nuts & Bolts where required complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Lightning arresters polimer type complete with all fittings, transmission class, 11000 Volts discharge capacity 65 kilo amp complete all as directed.

M&L for Switch air break (polimer type), gang operated triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps 11000 volts complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair epoxy resin coat post insulator for air break switch for 11000 Volt grade, porcelain, brown colour insulators including taking down of old one complete all as directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600X600X6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to GI earth strip of size 32x6 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron complete earth pit of PCC using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick earth pit cover of RCC using 20mm graded stone aggregate with TMT reinforcement bar of 8mm dia @ 150mm centre to centre both ways, MS handle 10mm dia made to shape, GI funnel, wire mesh and 20mm bore GI water pipe medium grade and 40mm bore light grade GI pipe for protection of earth strip from plate to transformer/LT panel board, common salt, charcoal dust complete all as specified and as directed all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 including testing on completion and making good the disturbed surfaces of floor sorrounding the earth pit complete all as directed. M & Laying cement concrete for coping of HT poles on two pole/four pole structure using B1 1:2:4, 20 mm graded stone aggregate, smooth finishing without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Scraping, cleaning and preparation of surface of complete four pole on steel structure including cross arms installed at varioius location under GE Ramgarh for painting with the help of sand paper, wire bursh and cotton cloth and applying externally with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint (aluminium) over a coat of red oxide primer and zebra strip type from ground level to 1.5mtr height of pole by black and red coloured strip and painting of cement pole by weather coating complete all as directed .

M&L for shifting of transformer of any capacity from four pole/two pole structure to desired location after the disconnection of existing electric connection from structure with the help of crane carefully for installation of the same in the plinth/two pole or four pole structure complete all as directed.
