The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: Experience in field level maintenance, service & support of e-PoS devices. 2. Past Performance: The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar Services over the last three years, with specific requirements such as: - Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. 3. Experience of supplying Biometric enabled e-PoS devices & solutions for Government/ PSU / Banks projects in India with project value greater than Rs. 10 crores. 4. Experience of supplying e-PoS devices for distribution of foodgrains and other items in Public Distribution System for Food Department of any State / UT. The values and percentages mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed services. - 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed services. - 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed service. - Rs. 10 crores as the project value for supplying Biometric enabled e-PoS devices & solutions. The technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender is: - Built In EMV Certified card reader in e-PoS device for facilitating digital payments & AEPS, which carries 10 marks.
