The JV or Joint venture eligibility requirements to participate in this tender are as follows: a) The Bidders can be sole/ single bidder OR Joint venture (JV) or Consortium of two or more firms as partners, All the partners of the JV/ Consortium must meet collectively 100% of Technical & Financial Eligibility Conditions. b) There can be a maximum of 03 (Three) partners in a JV/Consortium. c) There shall be only one Lead Member, having the shareholding/equity of not less than 51% in the Bidding Consortium/JV. d) The net worth of each Partner of JV/Consortium should be positive. e) In the case of a joint venture/Consortium, all members shall be jointly and severally liable for the execution of the entire Contract in accordance with the Contract terms. f) A firm that is a Bidder (either individually or as a JV/Consortium member) shall not participate as a Bidder or as JV/Consortium member in more than one Bid. g) Formation of JV/Consortium is not mandatory before bidding however a letter of intent (as per format in Form-7) on non-judiciary stamp paper to execute an Agreement in the event of a successful Bid shall be signed by all members and submitted with the Bid, together with a copy of the proposed Agreement.
