The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender, - One similar work costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. In case of composite works, the tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subletting of work, the subcontractor shall have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs.50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. Each non-lead member of the JV must have satisfactorily completed or substantially completed during the last 07 years, one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the advertised value of the tender for works without composite components, and one similar single work for a minimum of 10% of the cost of any component of work mentioned in the technical eligibility criteria for works with composite components. The values and percentages of similar works completed are: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender (for three similar works) - 40% of the advertised value of the tender (for two similar works) - 60% of the advertised value of the tender (for one similar work) - 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender (for three similar works in composite works) - 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender (for two similar works in composite works) - 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender (for one similar work in composite works) - 10% of the advertised value of the tender (for non-lead members of the JV in works without composite components) - 10% of the cost of any component of work (for non-lead members of the JV in works with composite components) - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted (for subletting of work) - Rs.50 lakh (amount for subletting of work where no previous work experience is required)
