East Central Railway Tender

The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: (i) Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (ii) Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender, (iii) One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. Additionally, for subletting of work, the subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. The bidder should also have experience in a similar nature of work, specifically earthwork with mechanical compaction. The required documents to support the work experience certificate include a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, TDS certificates for all payments received, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company. The work experience certificate from a public listed company having an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years is also considered.
