The bidder should provide information on the total value of civil engineering construction work performed in the last five years, with specific values required for each year. The bidder should also provide details of works underway or contractually committed, and clients who may be contacted for further information on these contracts. The bidder should have experience in executing works of similar nature and value, with specific details on project name, employer, contract number, value of contract, and dates of completion. The bidder should have key personnel with adequate experience, including a Project Manager, Site Engineer, Site Supervisor, and Surveyor, with specified educational qualifications and years of experience. The available bid capacity is calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years, the number of years prescribed for completion of the works, and the value of existing commitments and on-going works. The value of the work is Rs. 576.96 Lakh. The bidder should provide an undertaking to invest a minimum amount up to 25% of the contract value exclusively for this work during implementation and should have access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, certified by bankers, which should be at least 10% of the contract value.
