Mango Water treatment plant Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of forced water lubricated vertical turbine pump having discharging capacity 830 m3/hr of clear water against a total head of 16 meter with column assembly, 20 feet SS 410 line Shaft and impeller (bowl assembly) of make WPIL/Kirloskar/mather and platt/Jyoti ,CI spider bearing with rubber cutless bush driven by suitable squirrel cage solid shaft of vertical turbine. TEFC Induction motor 60 HP confirming to IS 12615 with latest amendment of make jyoti/C&G/Kirloskar/ABB with 3 phase, 50 Hz, 415V + 10%, 1450-1500 RPM with suitable FASD starter ML4 or its equivalent of make L&T (suitable for 60 HP) to operate on 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 phase, AC supply, confirming to ISI and BIS mark provided with suitable thyristors, ammeter with selector switch and CT’s motor protection relays for protection against under/over voltage, phase reversal, over current relay ,Reputed make with suitable size of ISI mark heavy duty CIDF reflex valve, CIDF sluice valve, pressure Gauge and MS clamp, Delivery pipe 250mm, including construction of foundation, erection and doing alignment etc. all complete as per site requirement.

Supplying and laying 3 core 95sq. mm LT aluminum three core cable XLPE insulated insulation screened with extruded semi conduction screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination of copper tape(0.3KA for 1sec) cores laid up inner sheat of PVC tape galvanized flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable confirming to IS:7098/11/85 with latest amendments.

Providing and erecting Indoor type termination kit for LT XLPE screened 95 sq mm 3 core cable.
