The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than Rs. 5626 Lakh - Alternatively, the required experience also includes: - Two similar completed works each of value not less than Rs. 8438.00 Lakh - One similar completed work of value not less than Rs. 11251.00 Lakh - Another instance of required experience includes: - Three similar works each of value not less than Rs.5568.00 Lakh - Two similar works each of value not less than Rs. 8352.00 Lakh - One similar work of value not less than Rs. 11135.00 Lakhs The bidder should also have completed one work costing not less than Rs.2813 lakhs (or Rs. 2784.00 lakh in another instance) executed with the structural system technology as proposed by the bidder. The evaluation criteria for experience in eligible similar nature of work assigns 60% marks for meeting the minimum eligibility criteria and 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, with pro-rata basis for in-between values. Additionally, the associated contractor, if any, should have successfully completed one work of opted technology having the cost of structural system not less than 20% of the estimated cost put to tender, or 30% of the completed cost of the project/work if separate cost is not available.
