i) 415 V sectionalized Motor Control Centre (MCC) at substation A comprising of 2 nos. of Incomer ACBs, 1 no. of Bus-Coupler ACB and required nos. of SFUs, MCCBs, MCBs for supply of power to LT equipment like Vibro feeder, Electrical Hoist, Metal detector & Magnetic separator, Dust Suppression/ Extraction, Fire fighting system, Conveyor Brake, Flap gates etc. complete with metering and protection system- 1 No. ii)Lighting Transformer 63 kVA, 415 V/230 V (L-L)- 1 No..

PLC-SCADA (Refer Section 4.4, Part-II of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Annexure-III.2 of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Tender Drawings)

PLC-SCADA system, Condition Monitoring System, Local Control Station, Fault Annunciation System, hard wiring, integration of the PLC-SCADA system of Alternate Arrangement with the PLC-SCADA system of the NTPC Conveyor System. Other parameters as defined in Scope.

Cables (Refer Section 4.4, Part-II of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Annexure-III.2 of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Tender Drawings)

A.Power cables: i)3.3 kV grade, XLPE, three core, armoured Copper conductor, FRLS cables of different sizes for supply of power to Conveyor Drive C1 from 3.3 kV VCP at “NTPC Conveyor System” substation as per technical specification. ii)1.1kV grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed single wire armoured copper conductor FRLS cables of different sizes for power supply to 415 V Switchboard panel to be stationed at Switch-room from 415 V Switchboard at “NTPC Conveyor System” substation and from 415 V Switchboard panel to be stationed at Switch-room to other LT equipment as per technical specification. B.Lighting cables: i)1100/660 V grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, single wire armoured, Copper conductor, FRLS cables of different sizes as per technical specification. C.Control and Signalling cables: 1100/660 V grade, single/multi core PVC insulated and sheathed, Copper conductor, FRLS, control and signalling cables of 2.5 sq. mm cross-section having different no. of cores as per technical specification. D.Cable trays/cable racks Cable trays/cable racks (separate trays shall be used for power and control cables), cable trenches & cable vaults etc as per technical specification

Illumination system(Refer Section 4.4, Part-II of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Annexure-III.2 of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Tender Drawings)

A.230 V (L-L) Main Lighting Distribution Board with incoming MCCB and outgoings MCCBs/MCBs as per technical specification B.Lighting Distribution Boards with incoming and outgoing MCCBs / MCBs as per technical specification C.Luminaires: i) Supply of distribution boards, luminaries, ceiling fans, exhaust fans etc. including junction boxes, conduits, switches sockets etc. for indoor illumination as follows: a) For Switch room 1) The illumination system must be designed to ensure minimum illumination lux level of 100 Horizontal and 50 Vertical inside the substation building (Control room). 2) Ceiling fan, 48" sweep-Required Nos. b) Exhaust Fan Battery room - 2 no 12" sweep Toilet - 1 no 9" sweep ii)11 m high steel tubular poles along with LED street light luminaries of required wattage with min. 100 lumen/watt along with control gear, brackets etc for service road lighting and general area lighting. iii)8 Nos. of LED flood light luminaries of required wattage with min. 100 lumen/watt along with control gears, brackets etc. with 18 m high tower iv)Inverter cum battery charger along with battery for emergency lighting suitable for operation at 230V AC inside substation building v)Miscellaneous items like junction boxes complete with fuse, terminal block and other necessary accessories, cable glands, lugs, conduits, receptacles etc

Welding System (Refer Section 4.4, Part-II of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Annexure-III.2 of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Tender Drawings)

i)Transformer welding set 400 A complete with cables and accessories-2 Nos. ii)1.1kV grade, PVC insulated and sheathed single layer armoured, FRLS, Aluminium conductor cables for power supply to welding sockets. iii)Dust proof plug sockets complete with switches, holder set etc throughout the plant-Lot

Earthing System & Lightning Protection System (Refer Section 4.4, Part-II of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Annexure-III.2 of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Tender Drawings)

i. Earthing system (Safe Earth Electrode type) including earth pits, required galvanised strips/flats for inter connection etc.- Lot. ii. Lightning protection system consisting of spikes, earth pits, galvanised strips /flats etc.-Lot

Project administrative communication system complete with automatic pushbutton type telephone sets at various strategic locations such as Receiving Pit- Traffic Control Room-1 No.,Vibro Feeder Floor. - 1 No.,Receiving Pit Switch room- 1No. , Transfer House- 1 No., Conveyor Gantary- 1 No. etc. including wiring of all sets up to a common junction box and connected to main auto exchange for external connection - lot ii. Visual communication system with industrial type CCTV- lot

Miscellaneous Equipment comprising of the follwing (Refer Section 4.4, Part-II of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Annexure-III.2 of Vol-II/Sec-7.3 & Tender Drawings)

i. Water cooler with water purifier- 2 Nos.(min.) at suitable Locations. ii. Miscellaneous items such as Local control, stations, testing equipment, electrical portable fire fighting equipment for Switch-room and other safety equipment as per relevant Indian Standard & CEA Guidelines.
