The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. The experience of incomplete/ongoing works will not be considered for evaluation. The full value of completed work will be considered, whether or not the date of commencement is within the said 7-year period. The date of completion of work should be during the last 7 years ending on the last day of the month previous to the one in which bid applications are invited. For joint ventures, the qualifying criteria parameter, such as experience of individual partners of the JV, will be added together towards fulfillment of qualification criteria related to experience. The definition of similar work includes "Tree Transplantation work / Horticulture work or combination of both Tree transplantation and Horticulture work". The bidders are required to furnish information on-line, including description of qualifying experience, work order number/agreement number, name and address of the employer, percentage share of each experience, executed value of work, start date and end date of each qualifying experience. A scanned copy of the satisfactory work completion certificate issued by the employer is also required to be uploaded. Additionally, the average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years should be at least 30% of the estimated cost put to tender.
