Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 50 in foundation and plinth using cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6coarse sand).

Supplying and filling in plinth with Jamuna sand under floors including watering, ramming, consolidation and dressing complete.

Providing designation 75 A one brick flat soling joints filled with local sand including cost of watering taxes royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete: Fixed to steel windows by welding.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering in all works up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1cement : 4fine sand).

Structural Steel work in single section fixed with or without connecting plate including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50mm +/- 5% total coated thickness (TCT) Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS:277 in 240mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protected guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length up to 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and GI limpet washers or with GI limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Extra for providing and fixing wind ties of 40x6 mm flat iron section.

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Demolishing cement concrete manually / by mechanical means including disposal of materials within 50m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge: 1:3:6 or richer mix.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.

Brick work with common burnt clay FPS (non-modular) bricks of class designation 5.0 in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shape and size in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6coarse sand).

Labour for fitting and fixing G.C.I. or C.A. sheet roofing in proper slope including the cost of 'J' or 'L' hooks limpet and bitument washer, carriage of sheet to work site and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction fo EIC. CA sheet corrugated 6mm thick 1.5m to 3.05m long.

White washing with lime to give an even shade: Old work (one or more coats).

Cleaning of under ground sump, over head RCC tank (independent stagibng) including disposal of silt and rubbish all as per direction of Engineer in charg. The cleaning shall consist following operation ; (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of silt and other disposals. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surfaceby liquied chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using all jetting and all loose particcles shall be removed from the surface. (v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
