Installation commissioning & training ( Mech and electrical installation of panel, one day basic operation training) includes configuring of the data-logger and making data available online on the web.

Drilling & Construction of 12 nos. of Pipezometers at different locations under Dhori Area, including (a) preparatory work for carrying out drilling including surface dressing,making channels,mobilization and demobilization, (b) Rotary drilling of 12 nos. of 300 mm diameter borehole each ( Depth of borehole for Piezometer assembly: 1194m (c) Provided 150mm diameter medium duty GI blank casing including joining together by ring of peripheral welding total length 498 in different piezometers. (d) Providing and Lowering 150mm medium duty GI slotted casing with vertical slots (Size :L.6 X 76 mm ) with overall open area of Minimum 10%- 15% of total length 701m in different piezometers. (e) Providing and lowering fixing of 12 nos. of bail plug of 150mm diameter and 29 nos. of central guide at 30 m interval as per drawing, (g) Providing and filling of pen size gravel ( Quartz) of 3- 5 mm diameter into annular space of well 300/150mm diameter of total length 955m, (h) Providing cement sealing (2 m) and Bentonite sealing(2 m) in each piezometer, (i) Providing sand pack ( 2 m) to prevent entry of the cement slurry from cement sealing into gravel pack and for separating two aquifer zones after gravel pack, (j) Development of all the piezometers using compressed air from suitable air compressor for 5 hours for each piezometer(k) Providing well cap with locking arrangement .1 dia socket with plug to be fixed in the center of well cap. (l) Providing arrangement for conducting Aquifer performance Test (APT) by (i) Loweing suitable submersible pump to the desired depth for continuous pumping at constant discharge for both pumping well ( 2 APT X 1000 minutes). (ii) 1" dia GI pipe should be lowered at desired depth for facilitating measuring tape during aquifer performance test in pumping we (m) Drinking water quality analysis for BIS 10500:2012 standard of 2 pumping wells ( Total 12 samples) to carried out by CMPDI Env. Lab Ranchi for all the pizometers. All work complete as per Drawing and instruction of EIC.
