Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking of materials within 50m lead: For thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand).

12mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1:4 (1cement : 4fine sand).

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregates) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete: 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregates.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. In cement mortar.

Brick work with FPS bricks of class designation 50 in foundation and plinth using cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6coarse sand).

Half brick masonry with FPS bricks of class designation 50 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4coarse sand).

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means foundation trenches, drain not exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom, lift up to 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 m. (All kinds of soils).

Cleaning jungle including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, brush wood trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 50 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and inequalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. (All kinds of soil).

Welding by gas or electric plant including transportation of plant at site etc. complete.

Cleaning of surface drain including disposal of muck, sludge through trolley or other arrangement at a specified place (in no case it shoul be kept on drain bank) within a lead of 1 KM with all tools & tackles complete as per instruction of Engineer in charge up to 300 mm to 600 mm wide drain.

Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 ltrs capacity of all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc removal of silt rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfacting with bleaching powder @0.5 gms per ltr capacity of tank including marking the dater of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge (the old date already written on tank should be removed with paing removal or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @Rs.0.10 per ltr.) (if during cleaning any GI fitting or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by Contractor on his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account).

Carriage of lime, moorum or building rubbish including loading, unloading and stacking with one km lead.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS:15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of approved make in all colour, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

White washing with lime to give an even shade: Old work (one or more coats).

Providing and laying ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacture) of 1st quality conforming to IS:15622 of approved make in colours such as white, ivory, grey, fume red brown, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1cement : 4coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc. complete.

Steel work in riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with: Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fibre matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 ltr/sqm. by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25°C, 0.87 - 0.89 kg/ltr and viscocity 70 - 160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23°C as 350/300 N/5cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150°C. Cold flexibility shall be upto - 2°C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D - 5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane: 3 mm thick

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc.including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 coarse sand) cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing smooth with 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1cement: 3 fine sand) on exposed surfaces complete: 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size).
