12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Providing, hoisting and fixing above plinth level up to floor five level precast reinforced cement concrete work in string courses, bands, copings, bed plates,anchor blocks, plain window sills and the like, including the cost of requiredcentering, shuttering but , excluding cost of reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishingand making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waistslab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall beconsidered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile OrganicCompound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand andmanufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve,even shade and colour.Two coats

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade : Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ItrI10 sqm)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) over priming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 litrs/10 sqm complete including cost of Priming coat

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : One or more coats on old work

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including priming coat with cement primer.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking : Lime, moorum and building rubbish as per lead upto 1KM.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of : G.S. Sheet

12.50 Providing and fixing precoatedgalvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as 5% total coated thickness (TC T), Zinc coating 120gsm as per IS:277 in approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.05 mm. 240 mpa mm steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.
