The required prior work experience for the bidder can be in the form of: - Three similar completed works, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Two similar completed works, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - One similar completed work, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. In the case of a Joint Venture (JV), the experience of individual partners can be combined to meet the qualification criteria. The JV can fulfill the criteria in the following manner: - Any of the JV partners or the JV itself can have the experience of completing a single work of similar nature, costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Either the JV itself or any one partner can match the requirement of completing two works of similar nature, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. Alternatively, at least two partners can each have completed at least one work of similar nature, each costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost put to tender. - Either the JV itself or any one partner can match the requirement of completing three works of similar nature, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. Alternatively, any two partners can match the requirement through completion of at least two works by one partner and one work by the other partner, each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, all three partners can match the requirement through completion of at least one work of similar nature each, costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should have a Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate issued by the employer against the experience of similar work, containing all the information furnished by the bidder online. In case of a Joint Venture (JV), a Satisfactory Work Completion Certificate is required against individual partner(s) including the Lead Partner of JV. The bidder is required to upload a scanned copy of the documents to support the information furnished online by the bidder against the Eligibility Criteria, which includes work experience.
