The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The quantities and costs mentioned include: - Cement Concrete: 264.738 cum - Earthwork in excavation: 267.332 cum - Brick Work: 269.465 cum - Electric work: Rs 13,69,696.00 - Water supply/sanitary works: Rs 9,06,982.00 - Fire fighting Work: Rs 7,40,689/- - Furniture Work: Rs 14,33,928/- The bidder should have a minimum of 50% of the work value, which is Rs 1,72,05,436.00. Additionally, the bidder should have access to or availability of credit facilities (minimum 20% of Estimated Cost) and should be able to invest a minimum of cost up to 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract. The available bid capacity will be calculated based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years. The bidder should also have liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of no less than the amount indicated, usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period, which is Rs 68,82,174.00. The bidder should provide information on the estimated value of works, with a minimum value of Rs. 2.5 Crore for certain contracts. The bidder should also provide an undertaking that they will be able to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value of work during implementation of the contract, and provide evidence of access to line(s) of credit and availability of other financial resources facilities, certified by the bankers, with a minimum value of 10% of the contract value.
