The required prior work experience for the bidder includes specific roles such as: - Project Manager: B.E. Civil + 15 Years Exp. (5 years as Manager) - Site Engineer: B.E. Civil + 10 Years Exp. (5 years in Building Construction) - Plant Engineer: B.E. Mech. + 10 Years Exp. Or Dip. Mech. + 15 years Exp. - Quality Surveyor: B.E. Civil + 7 Years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 10 years Exp. - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E. Civil + 10 Years Exp. - Survey Engineer: B.E. Civil + 5 Years Exp. Or Dip. Civil + 8 years Exp. or Architect (5 years Experience) - Architect: (3 years Experience) - Electrical: B.Tech + 5 Years Experience or Diploma Electrical + 8 Year Exp The bidder should have experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years. The total monetary value of construction work performed for each of the last five years should be provided. The value of similar works completed should be provided, with specific details on the amount and percentage of the bid amount. For instance, proposals for subcontracting components of the works amounting to more than 10 percent of the Bid Price should be provided. The bidder should have access to credit facilities of at least 20% of the estimated cost, and should be able to invest a minimum of 25% of the contract value during implementation. The bidder should also provide an undertaking to invest a minimum amount, such as 25% of the contract value, during the execution of the contract. The annual financial turn over amount is Rs 4,53,41,325.00. 50% of work Value is Rs. 1,51,13,775.00. Quantities of work are: - Cement Concrete - 304.99 cum - Earthwork in excavation – 449.26 cum - Brick Work – 221.44 cum The cost of electric work is Rs. 6,98,903/- and the cost of water supply/sanitary works is Rs. 5,79,810.00/-. Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities is Rs. 60,45,510 /-.
