The required prior work experience for the bidder is related to optical fiber cable construction work, and the bidder needs to submit an experience certificate that includes details such as contract numbers, route, length in kilometers, and amount paid. The experience certificate should mention the amount paid to the contractor for the optical fiber cable construction work. The bidder should have an experience of having successfully completed work of laying, installation, testing and commissioning of optical fibre cable (underground or aerial), PLB duct and accessories of at least 30% of estimated route KM during any year of last 3 financial years. Additionally, the bidder's average annual financial turnover during the last 3 Financial years should be at least Rs. 73,00,000/-. The local content percentage should be greater than or equal to 50% for Class-I Local Supplier or between 50% to 20% for Class-II Local Supplier. The experience criteria are based on a 3-year period category, and the bidder's prior work experience is considered for ranking. The experience of having successful completion of OF cable construction works is to be reckoned in terms of RKM of OFC laid and payment received for such works. The bidder should submit a summary of experience certificate in the given proforma, which includes details such as period during which payments were made, contract numbers, route, length in kilometers, amount paid, and from and to dates. The experience certificate should be issued by an authorized officer, and the bidder with the highest experience in the category precedes the one with lower experience.
