The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The Bidder or its OEM of the product offered in the bid should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for a certain number of Financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 50% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values like amount and percentage given for any of Eligibility requirements are 50% for past performance. The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document 3. H.265 HEVC Certificate: The camera OEM should be a genuine manufacturer and should have an official valid H.265 HEVC Certificate and should be listed on HEVC website at the time of submitting bid. 4. ONVIF compliance: CCTV Camera and NVR/VMS should support ONVIF. Respective model should be listed on respective device list for camera and client list for NVR/VMS on ONVIF website at the time of bidding.
