Providing 40 x 5mm flat iron hold fast 40cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30 x 10 x 15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing & fixing 35mm thick paneled or paneled and glazed shutters for doors, windows & clerestory windows incl. ISI marked black enameled M.S Butt hinges with necessary screws and incl. 4mm glass pans incl. beadings. (I-class kail wood.)

Providing and fixing ceramic glazed floor tiles 300x300mm thickness to be specified by manufactures) of Ist quality conforming of IS: 13755 of NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in colour such as white, ivory, Grey, fume red brown laid on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc compete.
