Circuit Wiring

Wiring for circuit/ submain wiring alongwith earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit as required

2 X 2.5 sq. mm + 1 X 2.5 sq. mm earth wire

2 X 4.0sq. mm + 1 X 4.0sq. mm earth wire

Modular Type Switches & Accessories:-

Supplying and fixing of following modular type switch /socket, etc on the existing G.I box including connection etc as required.

15/16A Amps switch.

15/16 Amps socket outlet

5/6 Amp. socket outlet

5/6A switch

S/F modular type electronic fan regulator:-

Supplying and fixing two modular stepped type electronic fan regulator on the existing modular plate switch box including connections but excluding modular plate etc., as required.

S/F ceiling rose:-

Supplying and fixing 3pin 5 Amp ceiling rose on the existing junction box/wooden block including connection etc. as required.

Angle / Batten Holder with LED Bulb 9 Watt:-

Supplying and fixing of Batten / Angle holder with LED bulb 9 Watt including connection etc. as required .

S/F modular boxes, base and cover plate :-

Supplying and fixing following size/modules , GI box along with modular base & cover plate for modular switches in recess etc. as required. 3 module ( 100mm x 75mm)

Tube light Fitting:

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning 20 Watt LED Wall mounted fitting along with all 1accessories including connection with 1.5 Sq.mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable and earthing etc as required.

MCB Distribution Boards:

Supplying and fixing following way single pole and neutral sheet steel MCB Distribution Boards 240Volt on surface/recess complete with tinned copper busbar neutral busbar, earth bar, dinbar, detachable, gland plate, interconnections, phosphatized & powder painted including earthing etc as required (But without MCB / RCCB / Isolator) 8 way (Double door)

MCB’s:

Supplying and fixing of 5 to 32 Amp rating 240 V series miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connection, testing & commissioning etc. as required..

10.1) Single pole 6 Amp.

10.2) Single pole 16 Amp.

10.4) SPN 32/40 Amp

Ceiling fan with cover on fan box:

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of ceiling fan1200 mm sweep including wiring the down rods of standard length (upto 30 cm) with 1.5 Sq.mm FR PVC insulated, copper conductor, single core cable including providing and fixing of phenolic laminated sheet cover on the fan box. (But excluding speed regulator)

Submersible Cable:-

Supplying of 3 core x 6 Sq.mm PVC insulated submersible copper cable clamp with submersible pump set including connection etc. as required.

Power Cable :-

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of 1.1 KV grade Aluminum conductor PVC insulated PVC sheathed, steel armoured cable, 0.75 M below ground including digging of trench 0.35 M wide 0.75 M depth as per requirement etc. complete job in all Respect. 3.5C x 35 Sq.mm

Supply, erection testing & commissioning of 30KVA servo stabilizer

Supply, erection testing & commissioning of 30KVA servo controlled automatic voltage regulator transformer with following specifications: a) Input voltage: 155-465V (PP) 90-270(PN) b) Output violtage 400W - 1% (PP) 230 + 1% (PN) c) Oil cooled d) Un-balanced type e) Protection: over load and short circuit protection through 40A 3 phase MCCB 10KA GE/CC make separately on each phase f) Voltmeter: 0.300V (AE) make separately on each phase g) Ammeter with select or switch (AE make and 3 Nos. current transformer) h) Auto manual switch to operate the stabilizer manually in case of some defect in the automatic circuit i) The stabilizer shall be provided with first filling of fresh transformer oil j) Sheet gauge used for fabrication stabilizer should not be less than 14 SWG k) capacity of auto variable transformer (barriac) should be suitable capacity l) Speed of correction should not be less than 20 volt-30 volt per second efficiency more than 90%

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 Mts. long 40mm dia including accessories & providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement & watering pipe etc. with charcoal & salt as required.

Supplying/Errection/Testing/ Commissioning of 100 KVA Distribution Substation
