Providing and fixing of prefabricated structure with 100X100X4 mm columns tying with existing slab Ms base plate 450*450*16mm thick with cleat angle 75*75*8mm 300 mm long anchorage with existing with slab and colour 8 nos 20m dia m.s bolts 450 mm long 12mm thick plate top with nuts and bolts and trusses member i.e 96*48*4mm trusses web bottem chord 96*48*4 mm purlins 75 central vertical web member above trusses support horizontal bottom tie runner all plates members are welled to filler length in fillet weld . all joints of purlins tie memebrs trusses web and bottom chord with gussed plate 8mm thick and cleat 75*75*4 mm complete with roofing of powder coated painted corrugated sheets .Wall panel partitions walls sheet to be 50 mm thick puff panel insulated and which panel comprising of polymenthane foam insulation are sandwitched between two metal sheets prepainted .the surface steel sheets shall have plain and light grooves to enhance their strength and as well as their aesthetical appearnce the panels shall tongue and grove jooints and can lock The PUF wall panel shall rest on U channels the ceiling shall be 595x595 mm calcium silicate false ceiling with particular as above with tongue and grooves joints without gmlock setting T iron runner the window shall made of powder coated 10 gauge aluminium frame as per required as per site and as per the direction of Engineer Incharge with fixed wire mesh and sliding with clear glass door shall be made of powder coated hinged door in alumiium10 gauge frameand door shutter with5 mm thick float glass panes and 6mm thick ACP sheet as per directions of Enginer in charge including all accessiories fitting and fixtures the fooring shall be done in vitrified floor tile 2*2 size epoxy and grout of appoved RAK , sommany , Kajaria all work complete with complete painting in as per requirement including supply and laying of brick aggregate 4" thick brick aggregate cement conc 1:4:8 mix 3" thick and cement concrete flooring 50 mm thick 1:2:4 mix under tile flooring and hardware fitting to door window including construction of plinth, electrical work including all leads lifts and carriage from dumping site to to V floor rigid polyuremhne foam of high density 50 mm thick ,ake jindal , Sintex in construction
