Design, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of High Straight Jet type floating, Surface Aerators having 4.5 mtr. minimum jet height inside the pond at Behama chowk Ganderbal. The aerators should comprise of: Submersible Pumping Equipment: Type Open well Make : Darling/Flow More/Crompton Phase : 3 phase HP :3HP/2.24Kw Head : 32 Mtrs. Discharge: 400 LPM RPM : 2800 Float: Floatation should be provided by Fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) Bevel circular ring type pontoon (as per sample) of min. dia 0.75 mtr. having multiple compartments filled with Polyurethane foam. Supporting braces/Fasteners: Supporting braces/Fasteners should be of stainless-steel SS 304 and of suitable size. Nozzle: High Jet Nozzle should be of brass with length/Dia and discharge as per requirement Lights: Four number 18 watts LED multi coloured waterproof light assemblies are to be provided on cach floating pontoon. The lighting assemblies should have IP 68 standards. Make: Havells, Philips or any reputed make Protective Shield: SS304/Al Cage Mesh Frame below the Float for Pump protection

Modular Control Panel: Design, manufacture, and supply of front operated modular control panel with front access, dead back and bottom cable entry made from powder coated 16-gauge MS. Panel must be equipped with side air vent and exhaust fans with earthing bolts. The panel must contain 05 No. of 3 HP soft starters (L&T/ABB Heavy Duty), 05 No TP 16A MCB. Indicator Lamps, 05 No. of 12V-5A SMPS (Meanwell) timer system for on/off capable of multiple programming for different settings on Holidays & Events. Timer, Switches, Indicator Lamps, start Stop Emergency buttons, etc as required, and other required ancillaries for proper functioning of fountain as desired.

Distribution panel: Design, manufacture & supplying of front operated modular compartmentalised construction cubicle type, front access, dead back, 16-gauge steel enclosed free standing, dust and vermin proof, and bottom cable entry made from powder coated 16-gauge MS with required separate compartments and earthing bolts. The panel must contain 1 No. of 2500A 35K MCCB with thermal magnetic tripping. 3 no. of 100A 35K MCCB, I No. of Voltmeter, Ammeter, 4 POLE 32A MCB, Copper Bus Bar. The neutral busbar is to be of 50% capacity, and other required ancillaries for proper functioning of fountain as desired
