The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Project Manager: B.E Civil + 10 Years Exp or Diploma in Civil with 15 years experience - Site Engineer: B.E Civil + 3 Years Exp or Diploma with 7 years experience - Plant Engineer: B.E Mech. + 3 Years Exp or Dip. Mech.+ 7 Years Exp - Quantity Surveyor: B.E Civil + 7 Years Exp or Dip. Civil + 10 Years Exp - Soil & Material Engineer: B.E Civil + 7 Years Exp or Dip. Civil + 10 Years Exp - Survey Engineer: B.E Civil + 5 years Exp or Dip. Civil + 8 years Exp The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned in terms of the bidder's overall experience, but the bidder should have experience in construction. The bidder should also demonstrate access to financial resources, with a liquid asset and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than the amount indicated, usually the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for three months in the peak construction period.
