Designing, fabrication, installation. Testing and commissioning of automatic LT control Panel suitable for 440 volt, AC-3 phase, 50 HZ, power supply for up to 70 HP Horizontal Centrifugal pump set at pump room. The panel should be dust and vermin proof fabricated out of 14/16 SWG CR sheet supported on MS angle suitable size and having provision for fixing it on the floor with the help of bolts. The panel should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking/sealing arrangements. The structure should be provided suitable entry and exit holes for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel should be given two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should be equipped with following components/ features. MCCB:- The panel should be fitted with an three phase three pole MCCB 250 Amps. Capacity and a set of RYB indicators at incoming side. Star Delta Starter:- The panel should be fitted with fully automatic star delta starter comprising of three nos. three phase three pole air break contactors. 140 Amps.- 02 Nos. and 95 Amps- 01 no., star delta timer 01 no. for change - over of the supply of motor from star to delta, 02 nos. push buttons for start and stop operation of motor, 01 no. indicator, 01 no. MCB 6 Amps. for protection of internal control wiring with proper internal control wiring with flexible copper cables to complete the star delta circuit of outgoing supply. Protection devise/fault analyzer:- A protection devise/fault analyzer shall be fitted with the panel with capability to:- a. Protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by de-energizing the starter/panel from following electro-mechanical fault which my otherwise damage the motor windings:- Voltage related fault:- Single phasing, under voltage, over voltage, unbalance voltage. Current related fault:- Over current/load, dry running, unbalance current/load, earth leakage, short circuiting. Mechanical fault:- Locked rotor, broken shaft Display line current of RYB Phase and also line voltage of RY and YB phase. Display and record trip counts and indicate trip status for over load, under load, single phase, unbalance, earth fault, over voltage, under voltage respectively. Analyze, display & record no. of operation and duration of motor running. Bimetal overload relay :- A bimetal overload relay of suitable range should be fitted in the panel as an extra protection to protect the motor in case of failure of fault analyzer with an isolation/ bye pass switch to by-pass the fault analyzer. The job also includes providing and fitting of 120 sq. mm 3.5 core Armored aluminium Cable from Panel to Stabilizer 10 meters in length after thimbling and insulating properly both the ends of the cables. Testing control Panel on no load and then on full load. The Job also includes providing/fitting of three phase three pole HRC fuse unit disconnector Main Switch 400 Ampere along with 120 sq. mm 3.5 core Armored aluminium cable 10 mtrs in length from main switch to Voltage Stabilizer and 150 sq. mm 3.5 core Armored aluminium cable 30 mtrs. from transformer to three phase three pole HRC fuse unit disconnector Main Switch 400 Ampere with proper thimbling and insulation. Complete job including cost of material, labour, testing and commissioning charges.

Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Submersible Pump set 5000GPH X 150 mtr head including 1 No. standby unit of same parameter along with 100 mm dia MS column pipes-32 No’s, submersible copper cable- 16 sq. mm and other allied works including 01 no stand by submersible pump set .The suction case shall be of close-grained cast-iron material. The motor should be three phase AC supply having nominal speed of 2900 RPM, 380 Volts + 15% of frequency 50 Hz + 3%. The motor should be totally enclosed squirrel cage induction type, water cooled and sealed against outside water being pumped of capacity as per performance curve/ next available higher capacity. The windings shall be wet type water lubricated and provided with metal tilting thrust pad designed to take up all untoward load to most unfavorable running conditions. The Pump-set must be of reputed make of Grundfos Pumps/KSB/ Kirloskar/ conforming & certified to relevant BIS/IS standards/ codes. The job further includes fabrication of adapter Nipple approx 1 mtr long fabricated out of MS Pipe, of which bottom end diameter is to be reduced to the delivery of Submersible Pump and threading the Pipe for screwing into the delivery portion to the submersible pump and other end of the adapter nipple is welded with MS flange of required size fabricated out of MS Plate for fixing with the column pipe & 02 No nuts of required size are to be welded on opposite size of the proper piece so that clamping bolt of the tie rod can passed through it. The Job includes the cost of material and labour charges. Fabrication of the tie rod clamping arrangement for clamping the pump and motor to the upper adopter nipple, fabricated out of 40x6 MS Plate as per required size. The upper ends of these flat strips should be welded with full threaded bolt 12mm dia. and 10 cm long. These bolts are to be passed through the nuts welded on the adopter nipple piece, tightening of the 12 mm double nuts on both sides including cost of material and labour charges. Fabrication of 100 mm dia. MS forged clamp 2 No’s for lowering the MS column pipes into the Tube well casing pipe. The clamp should be in the two halves and should have two holes on either side of the holding arm. The clamp has to be fabricated out of MS Flat of 100 mmx10 mmx 0.75 mtr. The Job includes the cost of MS flat for clamp 4 No’s with cost of material and labour etc. The Job includes coupling of pump and motor properly checking of movement of the pump, tightening of the adopter nipple to the delivery side of the pump tightening of tie rod and testing of the pump set in the testing pit at workshop. The job also includes providing of 100mm MS column pipes 32 Nos.along with make up piece, bends, reducers etc made out of medium class MS pipe with proper MS flanging on either sides of column pipes, rubber flanges, Nut & Bolts. Providing & fitting of NRV & Sluice Valves 1 No. each of size 100 mm (Cast Steel) conforming to relevant IS/BIS standards, as per site conditions, lowering of submersible pump set into the Tube well along with the complete column assembly by using special tools and tackles viz chain pulley block, MS Clamp. The job also includes providing, fitting and commissioning of 16 mm sq. three core flat Copper Submersible cable 210 mtrs. of superior quality of (preferable make Polycab / Finolex / Havells/Anchor) as per site condition, one of cable end will be fixed in panel and other end with submersible motor after properly dressing of cable ends and insulating their properly. The Job includes patching of the cable existing sub. cable of motor by using patch rolls and insulation tape to make water proof for lowering of submersible pump unit, testing of submersible pump-set on full load by making connections of submersible cable of motor pump-set with the panel and checking/high testing of all the electro mechanical connections. The job also includes providing of Iron bench with back, fan, almirah, tool kit, shock proof gloves, matting (For operating of panel), Painting of Tube well strata chart with machinery specification on wall of pump room.The complete job includes cost of material, installation, labour and handling charges

Providing, Installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA- 3 (three) phase step up manually operated copper wound oil cooled voltage stabilizers conforming to relevant IS Code suitable for operation on unbalanced input voltage range and balanced output voltage as mentioned for 3 phase A.C supply. The stabilizer shall be of copper wound and the complete unit should be in steel case enamel painted and fitted with suitable wheel rollers for easy portability. The other detailed specifications are as under:- Specification and Rating :- 100 KVA having input voltage 230 to 480 volts, output 400V + 5% and frequency of 50 Hz + 3% and any item not mentioned in these specifications but considered necessary as integral part of the equipment for the efficient working shall also be included by the firm in the voltage stabilizers. Core: - The core should be of first quality of CRGO Silicon steel. Transformer oil: - The rates shall include cost of ISI Marked transformer oil, which shall however be supplied along with voltage stabilizer in matching quantity in sealed drums separately. The transformer oil to be used is to be ISI Marked conforming to IS 335 with latest amendments. Copper conductor: - The conductor should be 99.95% electrolytic copper. Container Gauge: - The quantity of transformer oil used and the size of container should be mentioned and sheet used for manufacture of voltage stabilizer should be 14/16 gauge and gauge of the sheet used for fabrication of panel should be 16/18 SWG. Instruments: - The voltage stabilizers should be fitted with MCCB, voltmeter, ammeter, selector switches, indicator lamps, high voltage and low voltage cut off relay, earth fault relay, single phase voltage preventer cut off alarm. The maker of MCCB/fuses should be L&T / Siemens /Schneider /Havells / ABB. The make of different relays should be Minilec/L&T/Siemens/Schneider. The voltmeter, ammeter, Selector switches and indicator lamps should be of a reputed make. Bypass Switch :- The equipment to be provided with bye pass switch of suitable capacity of reputed make such as Havells / C&S / HPL/L&T. Rotary Switch :- The Rotary Switch provided to adjust the output voltage of suitable rating and should be of reputed make and of heavy duty to withstand all the tests and working load. The rotary switch should have 08 steps with 02 steps down, 05 steps up and step no - 03 for line voltage. Terminal block :- Terminal block for input and output connections should be of a reputed make and meant for heavy duty. Characteristic Features :- The three phase Manually operated copper wound oil cooled voltage stabilizers shall have the following characteristic features :- Continuous duty performance at ambient temperature 20C to 550C. Stable and effective under system power factor and frequency fluctuation as well as overload up to 15% and under load up to 50% of the connected load. Low internal impedance. Negligible wave form distortion during starting under operation and stopping conditions. Accommodate the effect of higher starting current and should be able to recover from the shock. No over shooting or hunting. Negligible phase shift ensuring no change in system power factor. The capacity of oil tank should be indicated. ix. The stabilizer shall have :- a. Suitable breather. b. Leak proof de-sledging and drain cock for transformer oil. c. Lifting hooks provided at suitable positions for handling of the equipment. d. Oil gauge for monitoring level of transformer oil. x. The equipment shall be designed and manufactured ensuring the safety requirements as envisaged in IS: 8447 and IS: 302 both with latest amendments. xi. The stabilizer should be provided with an arrangement to avoid any seepage of water into the voltage stabilizer during storage / handling. Testing:- The firm shall provide all the test certificates mandatory for testing of Voltage stabilizer at manufacturer source as per IS standards. Painting: -Painting shall be done on voltage stabilizers in steel grey or light blue shade or of reputed make. Marking :-Stabilizers shall be marked with manufacturer’s name and trade mark on the plate fitted on the stabilizer indicating rating in KVA, range of input and output voltage, rated output current, frequency, number of phases, type of load viz. unbalanced input and balanced load, quantity of transformer oil and also the reference to the IS: standard. Design / technical details of the Voltage Stabilizers: - The firms are required to furnish details of design of the voltage stabilizers indicating number of primary and secondary turns with other relevant details. Deviation: - Any deviation from the prescribed specifications deemed necessary by the manufacturers for improvement in design, efficiency and performance of the equipment shall have to be suitably justified by the firm with supporting technical data. The Department may or may not consider such deviations and decision of the Department shall be final and binding on the tenderer. Installation, testing and commissioning of 100 KVA voltage stabilizer at by way of carriage up to the site of work using crane/chain pulley block and manual labour. Dry testing of the assembled voltage stabilizer at site of work. Placing the voltage stabilizer at safer and suitable place and filling of transformer oil up to the required level. Making of connections of existing cable from output side of voltage stabilizer to LT control panel and also making connections of cable between output side of main switch and input of voltage stabilizer after proper thimbling duly crimpled by using crimpling tool and proper insulation. Megar checking of all electrical connections and testing the voltage stabilizer on no load and on full load. Job includes cost of material and crane/labour charges for loading, unloading, carriage, fitting and testing charges. Complete job includes any other miscellaneous items required as per site requirement during execution of job.
