Re-building of damaged foundation block for HC Pump set having specification of 40000 GPH x 84 Mtrs Head and allied works inside pump room CPS relief commissionerby way of dismantling of HC pump motor set from the damaged foundation block and shifting on safer side inside the pump room by using manual labour. Earth work by excavation of earth for demolishing the existing RCC foundation blockwith the help of required tool and tackle and manual labour as per site requirement. Disposing off the excavated material from the site to distance away from pump room with the help of manual labour and mechanical transport. The job includes extraction of damaged foundation plate along with bolts .Job includes digging of pit of size 1’X4’X5’and disposal of excavated material from the site of the work to the place outside pumping room .The job further includes providing of cement ,bajri ,sand ,steel ,wooden frame and allied material suitable for RCC on site of work as per the block size . Suitable Mixing of concrete mixture (cement ,sand ,bajri) in 1:2:3 cement concrete mixture avoiding any air gape in between using vibrator and proper lying of RCC foundation block of size 1.5’X4’X5’( 6’’above the ground level) having requisite reinforcement with 12 mm dia. tor steel mesh from center to center with size 6” spacing (approx.) in square and rectangular shape and also embedding the new foundation bolts 6no of required size there off. Foundation bolt shall be welded with tor steel mesh and firmly grouted in the cement concrete mix in L-shape Repaired base-frameon block and leveling it both horizontally as well as vertically by using levelling meter then curing through watering for at least 10 days and plastering/finishing from outside. Strengthening of the base frame by way of providing and welding of M. S. channel cross members as per the size of frame for giving extra strength against vibration of the unit and on full load running conditions. Job includes fitting of Pump motor set on the base frame of new foundation block by using chain block, manual labour and other tools and tackles. Job includes connecting the suction and delivery line with the help of skilled labour ,alignment checking ,priming the centrifugal pumpset and then testing on full load at site. Minor Repairs to flooring by way of filling of formed cavities by concrete mixture and filling of foundation block unit no -2 by concrete mixture upto level of base plate and curing the same .Mounting the pumping units properly on the base frame,levelling them properly and coupling by way of P/F of new coupling pully set along-with bolts /bushes . connecting the suction and delivery lines ,priming the pumps and then testing of pump motor set, on full load. Job includes cost of material, transportation charges,, loading/unloading charges and Providing and fitting of 3 inch dia 14 feet length GI pipe wall to wall and securely fix for loading and unloading of pump set Complete Job
