The required prior work experience for the bidder includes providing information on the description of works, place and state, contract number, name and address of the employer, value of the contract, stipulated period of completion, value of works to be completed, and anticipated date of completion, along with a self-declaration of successful completion of all jobs assigned. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, specifically in the design and construction of Water Treatment Plants, Sewerage Treatment Plants, RCC Frame Structures, Bridges, Storm Water Drainage related works, and other hydraulic works. The required experience includes: - Three similar completed works costing each not less than 40% of the advertised cost, - Two similar completed works costing each not less than 50% of the advertised cost, or - One similar completed work costing each not less than 80% of the advertised cost. The value of similar work is brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum, calculated from the date of completion to the date of Bid opening. The bidder must have successfully completed or substantially completed similar works during the last seven years ending the last day of the month previous to the one in which applications are invited. The bidder needs to upload completion certificates and other related documents issued by the competent authority, including a certificate for 'substantial completion' of the project/work/asset, which contains two parts: 'financial value of work done' and 'certificate of functional completion of project/work/asset'. The bidder is required to fill in the following information: - Total monetary value of civil construction works performed in the last 07 years. - Experience in works of a similar nature and size for each of the last five years, including: - Project Name - Details of the Department - Description of work - Contract No. - Value of contract (Rs. Lakhs) - Date of Commencement - Stipulated period of completion - Actual date of completion - Remarks explaining reasons for delay The bidder must also provide existing commitments and on-going works, including: - Description of works - Place & state - Name & Address of Department - Estimated Value of Contract (Rs. Cr) - Stipulated period of completion - Date when decision is expected - Remarks, if any The value of works performed in the last five years is required, which includes: - 2017-18: Value of Works performed (in Lacs) - 2018-19: Value of Works performed (in Lacs) - 2019-20: Value of Works performed (in Lacs) - 2020-21: Value of Works performed (in Lacs) - 2021-22: Value of Works performed (in Lacs) - 2022-23: Value of Works performed (in Lacs) - 2023-24: Value of Works performed (in Lacs) The percentages of similar works completed mentioned are 40%, 50%, and 80% of the advertised cost, and the amount is not less than the specified percentages of the advertised cost.
