Installation of submersible pumping unit :-
Providing, fabrication, assembling and fitting in position of Adapter assembly for the pump of size pump delivery size x 100 mm nominal bore made out of medium class MS pipe to connect pump and column pipe assembly as such externally threaded on pump end and flanged with 100 mm nominal size MS flange on column pipe connection end with stiffened with stiffeners made out of cut to shape 12 mm thick MS plate. Providing, fabrication assembling and fitting of tie clamp made out of 40mm x 6mm thick MS flat with turn- buckle arrangement to provide required tension in respective tie arms to hold pump assembly along with column pipe well in position inside the Tube well. Providing, fabrication and assembling of column pipes 24 nos (No of column pipes as per actual requirement with respect to pump position in the tube well and with extra no of pipes to meet requirement of lean period ) each of length 3 mtrs along with make-up piece, bends, reducers as per actual requirement at site , made out of medium class GI/MS pipes of nominal bore 100 mm conforming to IS 1239 with latest amendment if any by way of cutting of pipes to required length followed by end preparation for proper seating of flanges, providing and welding in position of 100 mm nominal bore size MS flanges conforming to IS 6392 with latest amendment/ revision if any, on each end of the pipes stiffened with four no of stiffeners made out of 12 mm thick MS plate cut to shape with full fillet welding in precise alignment, each flange is to be provided with a rectangular slots to seat/ house flat three core copper submersible cables running along the column pipe assembly Providing and welding in position of top collar MS flange 16 mm thick as per IS code 6392 with latest revision if any of nominal size of bore size of well/casing pipe, at above ground level end of casing of bore well stiffened with six no’s of stiffeners made out of 12mm thick MS plate cut to shape. Providing and fitting in position of 100mm nominal bore discharge bend flanged on out let end to connect delivery line/Rising mains, Providing, machining & welding in position of top cover flange with bore size of 100 mm on column pipe end made out of 16 mm Thick MS plate which rests in congruence on top collar flange with its OD,PCD and whole size to fix in position by Providing/ fitting of 8 nos of M16 bolts with nuts. Assembling of pump- motor and adapter with tie clamp as unit and lowering to pump position inside the Tube well, it includes providing/laying of 3 core flat submersible copper cable 16 mm Sq conforming to relevant ISI/IEC CODES with latest amendments if any (Finolex/ Anchor/Havels/Polycab/L&T make) of length as per actual requirement with respect to pump position & panel position/100 mtrs DMT for Star–delta starter operation, running along column pipe assembly clamped at regular spacing up to control panel. by making connections with the leads of submersible motor with proper water proof insulation, connecting pump assembly to column pipe followed by assembling of each column pipe one by one along with makeup piece, discharge bend with the help of heavy duty nuts/ bolts and rubber gaskets to ensure water tight joints, to make the pump with column pipe assembly & discharge bend to rest on top collar flange of the casing pipe of the Tube Well and lowering/ installation of pumping unit at specified position inside the well. Making connection of discharge bend of pumping system to existing delivery point by providing and laying in position of MS/GI pipe of NB size 100 mm/as required in actual including flanges, bends, reducers, expanders etc complete as per site conditions. providing and fitting in position of 100 mm size/as required in actual 150 class CS sluice valve & reflux valve conforming to relevant ISI/BIS CODES with latest amendments if any (KSB/ Kirlosker/ Kartar Make) one no each including connection flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. Complete job includes cost of material, pumping, pumping machinery, consumables, labour, transportation, loading, unloading, testing and commissioning.
(B) Design, fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of LT control Panel:-
The job includes design, manufacturing, fabrication, assembling, installation, testing and commissioning of floor Mounted LT control panel 415 V, 3 Phase, 50 + 5% HZ, AC supply with one incoming and one outgoing feeder suitable for running of submersible pump of requisite rating .The panel body shall be dust and Vermin proof fabricated out of suitable SWG MS sheet of size (L X B x H) 3’ X 1’ X 4’ supported on MS angle of suitable size of 1’ height of each leg other than the size of the box. The panel should be sturdy in design for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable locking and sealing arrangements. The panel should be provided with suitable entry and exit ports for incoming and outgoing cables. The panel shall be provided with proper bus bar system for power supply from incoming to outgoing feeder. The panel should be finished with two coats of anti-rust primer and two coats of steel grey enamel paint. The panel should be equipped with the following:
I. Incoming feeder: - The incoming feeder of the panel should be equipped with 01 no. four pole three phase 36 KA breaking capacity with thermal-magnetic over load release MCCB of capacity 200 Amp ,01 no. voltmeter 0-500 V, 1 no. ampere meter of suitable range, 2 Nos of selector switches, CT coils of suitable ratio and phase indicators for R-Y-B phases and push buttons for start & stop operation. It shall have bus bar system and cable circuit for AC supply from one incoming to one outgoing feeder with proper insulation, Push button for stop/run operation.
II. Outgoing feeder:- The panel shall have one outgoing feeder with automatic star- delta starter for running of submersible pump. Automatic star delta starter should comprise of three pole power contactor 03 Nos. of 110 Amp, 80 Amp and 110 Amp capacity for main supply, Star start & Delta run equipped with star delta timer to switch over the starter from star to delta connected circuit having adjustable timer as per requirement for synchronization. The panel is fitted with an auto operating system comprising of delay timer 1 No. and time switch (Quartz)- 1 No. to set the time of motor running (in auto mode). Neat and clean concealed internal control wiring should be made using flexible copper wire with its protection by providing and fitting on position of MCB of suitable capacity.
III. Electronic motor Protection device/Fault analyzer:- one protection device/fault analyzer should be provided for automatic star delta starter unit in the respective panel to protect the motor by isolating the power supply of motor by DE-energizing the starter/panel for following electrical/mechanical faults which may otherwise damage the motor Winding.
a. Low voltage
b. High voltage
c. Single phasing
d. Unbalance voltage
e. Overloading
f. Dry running/under loading
g. Earth fault/reverse phasing
H. Locked Rotter
The analyzer should be programmable for the magnitude of the parameters for tripping to protect the machinery against the faults as specified already. The analyzer shall have the storage for memory of trip counting with their individual status and running hours with LCD display to analyze as and when required. It should have LCD display for phase current and line voltage. The fault analyzer shall be provided with bypass arrangement to run the system in case any fault if occurred in analyzer system to meet the emergency with provision of indicators to indicate whether the panel is operating in close or open circuit with Fault analyzer. Fault Analyzer should be backed up with thermal bi-metallic over load relay, of suitable range. The panel should be provided with hooter to get activated in case of occurrence of any of the above fault for immediate attendance.The system/starter should not switch over to delta connected circuit if it does not get connected/synchronized in star connected circuit For specified time and should remain/get de-energized.3LED indicators one for each contactor to indicate “COILOK”. It shall be provided with LED star & delta connected circuit indicators to access the switching over of starter from star to delta timing. With a tamper proof starting system to avoid manipulations to keep/ hold the system in a permanently ON position. Testing of panel after making all incoming/ outgoing connections on no load and then on full load
(C) Design, providing, manufacture, assembly, shop testing, installation at site, testing and Commissioning of LT voltage stabilizer:
Capacity /Quantity :- 250 KVA capacity 1 no
The voltage stabilizer shall be IS Marked/certified, copper wound out of 99.95% electrolyte copper, core should be of first quality CRGO silicon steel shall have Efficiency better than 97% . manually operated on load , naturally oil cooled four pole 3 phase step up/ step down (with 8 regulating steps 5- steps for step-up, 2 steps for step down unbalanced supply type and one step for same voltage , conforming to IS 9815-81 and IS 8447/77 with latest amendments if any , capable of operating on unbalanced Input voltage from 240 Volts to 480 Volts delivering an output of 400 V + 5 %, at supply frequency 50 Hz + 3 %,Three phase AC supply. The body of the unit for housing the transformer assembly with dielectric oil shall be fabricated out of CRCS sheet of suitable thickness reinforced/ supported with suitable structural steel sections, having dust and vermin proof panel fabricated of CRCS sheet of suitable SWG. The unit as a whole shall be wheel mounted for easy handling .The unit should be sturdy enough for vibration free operation and should be equipped with suitable sealing arrangements for in- door operation. The structure should be provided with suitable incoming and outgoing terminal sections. The unit body should be given two coats of anti rust primer and two coats of steel Grey/permissible enamel paint. The unit should be provided with phase indicators, selector switches, ampere meters, voltmeters, MCCB (four pole three phase), Change Over Switch ,Voltage regulator switches, with all kind of protections like low voltage & High voltage cut off relay, Earth fault relay, single phase preventer, over load relay , Cut off Alarm of suitable capacities and reputed make conforming to relevant IS/IEC standards. It should have accessories like oil level indicator, breather, leak proof de-sledging and drain cock for transformer oil, and Lifting hooks.
Duty : 100% continuous
Transformer oil : unused mineral insulating oil ISI marked conforming to IS 335 with latest amendments, of suitable di-electric strength filled up to Required level,
Type of voltage regulator: Double plate type with electrolytic copper contacts.
Wave form distortion : virtually Nil/ negligible during starting under operation and Stopping conditions.
Stable & Effective :- over load up to 15% and under Load up to 50% on connected load.
Impedance : Low internal impedance
Phase shift : negligible ensuring no change in system power factor.
(D) Providing and fitting in position of 4-pole, 3-phase HRC fuse unit steel encased dis-connector switchs (main switch)
Capacity/ quantity :- 250Amp capacity 1 no
Providing and fitting of 3.5 core 185 mm Sq Al. Armoured cable of length 40 mtrs from Electric Transformer to supply end of main switch and from load end of main switch to supply end of voltage stabilizer, from load end of voltage stabilizer to supply end of LT Control Panel through a lead as per actual site conditions.
Providing and laying of chemical earthling for Electric equipments The job includes making of pit and hole of sufficient length/ dia as per BIS/ IEC standards including providing and laying of earthing compound (chemical) with electrodes followed by making of connections with all necessary accessories as per relevant codes.
(E) Providing, fabrication, assembly and erection in position of 5 ton capacity with over head gantry with ISI marked/ certified electrically operated chain pulley hoist /block of 5 ton capacity and 6mtrs lift.
The job includes fabrication of trestle columns 5mtrs long 2 nos each comprising of twin structure of 150mm NB heavy duty MS pipe connected by batten plates made out of 8mm thick MS plate of size 165mm x 200 mm(165mm x 500 mm at top/bottom) at the spacing of 800 mm C/C. Each column is provided with foundation connecting plate and main girder connecting plate made out of 8mm thick MS plate of size 500 mm x 500 mm welded in position stiffened with stiffeners 6nos of size 200mm x 500 mm(2nos) and 550mm x 500 mm(4nos) made out of MS plate. Excavation of 2nos of foundation blocks at suitable spacing from C/C equidistant on both opposite sides from centre of casing pipe, for trestle column of size 1mtr x 1mtr x 0.7 mtrs , and cast in- situ RCC block of size 1mtr x 1mtr x 1 mtr in concrete mix of 1:1.5:3 reinforced with 10 mm thick TMT bar at spacing of 100 mm C/C.the job includes providing, fabrication , assembly and fitting in position of foundation plate assembly comprising of MS plate 8mm thick of size 700 mm x 700mm with foundation bolts(6 nos for each made out of 20mm dia MS round 800 mm long with double nuts and washers to be embedded in foundation blocks to hold trestle columns well in aligned position. Erection of trestle columns in position on foundation blocks and providing and fitting in position of cross girder made out of ISMB 150 with connection plates on both ends made out of 8mm thick MS plate stiffened with stiffeners made out of 8mm thick plate of size 150mm x 250mm (4nos on both ends) across the columns resting on top connection plates in congruence position fastened with 6nos of nut bolts M20.
Providing, fabrication, assembly and erection in position of 5 ton capacity on cross girder. The equipment shall conform to BIS 6547 with latest amendments if any. The chain hoist shall be hook suspended. Electrically operated by AC three phase induction motor with enclosure for outdoor operation of rating suitable to specified working conditions conforming to IS 325 / equivalent with latest amendments functional at voltage of 400 ± 15 volts and 50 Hz ± 3% frequency .the chain lift shall be operational with electrically operated pendant push button control switch and shall have electric-mechanical brakes & limit switches. The hoist shall have mechanism class ‘3’.The lift shall be provided with connection cable of appropriate size of length as per actual lead for making connection at available eclectic source at site. ( provided with manufacturers’ test certificate)
(F) Also Providing/ Fixing of Flex sign board of suitable size at appropriate place in t tube wells for displaying of site/ machinery specifications/ strata .
(G) Fabrication & Providing of M/S angle bench of 5 feet X 1.5 feet for sitting arrangements of operator with cabin for provision of tools & tackles made out of MS sheet of suitable thickness with lock & key arrangement ,complete painting by Providing one coat of primer & two coats of super enameled paint. At Pump room of tube Well including ceiling fan/ wall fan as per site conditions, 2 nos flood lights of 30 watts outside the pump room, 2 nos LED bulbs of 20 watts inside the pump room and 1 No. tool kit.
Complete job includes cost of machinery, equipment’s, material, installation, testing , commissioning carriage/shifting charges, labour charges and charges of tool and tackles and other works required at site for execution. Any other accessory/job which has not been mentioned here but is mandatory and is inevitable for accomplishment of work and proper functioning of the equipment shall also be provided and executed at no extra cost.
The entire work include cost of connected machinery, equipment’s, material, labour, loading, unloading, carriage, staking, watch & ward, installation, testing and commissioning complete. All technical specifications and parameters of above machinery, equipment’s and electro- mechanical components shall be as per respective annexed scope of work with technical specification
