The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause. The bidder shall also furnish details of other civil works of similar nature executed and completed in any Govt. or Semi Govt. Department during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost. The required prior work experience includes having experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. The bidder's total annual volume of civil engineering construction work executed and payments received in the last five years preceding the year in which bids are invited should be provided. The value of similar works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana is counted as 120% of the actual value. The bidder should also provide details of works underway or contractually committed, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder's annual turnover from civil engineering works, excluding GST, for the last five financial years should be certified by a Chartered Accountant. The bidder should have experience and resources sufficient to meet the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts. A certificate from the employer, duly issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent, shall be submitted along with the application incorporating clearly the name of the work, contract value, billing amount, date of commencement of works, actual date of completion of work, satisfactory performance of the contractor, and any other relevant information. The bidder shall also furnish details of other civil works of similar nature executed and completed in any Govt. or Semi Govt. Department during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders and details of works underway or contractually committed, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost. The specific values and percentages mentioned are: - one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work - 120% of the actual value for similar works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana - 10 percent of the contract value for access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources/facilities.
