The bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (or one-fourth in case of Naxal/LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work, excluding maintenance cost for five years. The value of road work completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in the originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120%. The bidder's annual turnover should be at least 75% of the amount put to bid if it's more than Rs. 200 lakhs, or 60% if it's less than or equal to Rs. 200 lakhs, with the turnover indexed at 8% per year. For Joint Venture firms, the lead partner must meet not less than 50% of the qualification criteria, and each of the remaining partners must meet not less than 25% of the criteria. The Joint Venture must collectively satisfy the criteria. The bidder should submit certificates showing details of similar nature of works executed, works in hand, and machineries owned or on lease or possessed on hire. Scanned copies of these certificates should be uploaded after converting them to PDF.
