Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana Tender

The bidder should have satisfactorily completed as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work. The value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause. The bidder shall also furnish details of other civil works of similar nature executed and completed in any Govt. or Semi Govt. Department during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost, with certificate from the concerned officers not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent and clients who may be contacted for further information on those contracts. The bidder's prior work experience should include civil works of similar nature executed and completed in any Govt. or Semi Govt. Department during the last five financial years and current year before the date of Notice Inviting Tenders. The bidder should have completed works with allotted cost and work done cost, and the values should be provided with certificates from concerned officers. The bidder's annual turnover from civil engineering works, excluding GST, for the last five financial years should be certified by a Chartered Accountant. The value of similar works completed under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana is counted as 120% of the actual value. The bidder should have experience and resources sufficient to meet the aggregate of the qualifying criteria for the individual contracts, with a maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one financial year during the last five financial years. The bidder should have completed similar works with a value that can be used to calculate the available bid capacity, which should be equal to or more than the total bid value excluding maintenance. The calculation of available bid capacity is based on the maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one financial year during the last five financial years, updated to the price level of the last year at the rate of 8 percent a year. The bidder should also provide details of works underway or contractually committed, mentioning allotted cost and work done cost, with a certificate from the concerned officers. In terms of specific values and percentages, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar work equal in value to one-third (one-fourth in case of Naxal / LWE affected districts) of the estimated cost of work, and the value of road work completed by the bidder under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in originally stipulated period of completion shall be counted as 120% for the purpose of this Sub-Clause.
