Rip and loosen the soil with tractor operated ripper / rotavator and add the GSB as per mix design. Spread cement @ 3% of MDD of Mix (soil + GSB) in the soil and mix uniformly by rotavator. Apply Nano technology silane and nano acrylic Co-Polymer with OMC water (1000 ppm TDS) on loose soil-aggregate-cement mix. Mix throughly using the Ripper and Rotavator. Grade the soil with Motor grader.Compact the soil-aggregate surface with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density including Providing , Laying, Spreading of Grit of size 13.2mm down, machine cut aggregate on the Stabilized soil surface to achieve 20mm compacted thickness; by spreading in uniform layers on a prepared base , watering and compacting with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory power roller such that the grit gets semi embedded into the satbilized surface, and to achieve the desired density.Rates including all materials, labour, hire Charges of machinery etc. complete as per IRC:SP89 Part-II of 2018 & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Including all carriages by Mechanical Transport, leads and lifts etc. complete.Sub base / Base should be laid and compacted in Two layers of 100mm each(*U.C. Strength of each layer Should be as per IRC:SP89 Part-II (1018) operation :-(1) Rip and loosen soil with excavator / tractor operated ripper and scarify with tractor operated rotavator to achieve desired thickness of 100 mm. Mix aggregates as per mix design with rotavator. (2) Spread Cement 3% by weight of soil aggregate mix and mix with tractor operated rotavator. (3) Prepare and apply 0.83 kg /cum organosilane Nanotechnology and 0.83 kg/cum acrylic copolymer mixed in OMC water (1000 ppm TDS) on loose mix . Scarify the treated mix with rotavator. (4) Compact partially the surface with vibratory roller. (4) Spread 13.2 and down size aggregates on the graded soil surface to form 20-25 mm thick soil-aggregate-cement layer.
(5).Compact the stabilized soil-aggregate-cement base with 8 to 10 tonne vibratory roller to achieve stone embedded layer with the desired density and thickness.
(6) Waterproof the top of the compacted stabilized base with organosilane & nano acrylic Polymer in the ratio of 1 kg organosilane :1 kg nano acrylic Co-Polymer : 200 liter water (1000 ppm TDS) @ 3ltrs/sqm in two spray applications (1.5 ltrs. + 1.5 ltrs.).
