The bidder can subcontract up to 25 percent of the Contract Price for construction/up-gradation and routine maintenance of roads. Technical personnel required for the bidder have specific experience requirements, such as 2-3 years experience for Degree Holder in Civil Engineering, 3 years experience for Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering, and 3 years experience for W/Supervisor and Lab Technician, depending on the contract value.
