The bidder must have successfully completed similar or electrical works during the last seven years. The requirements are as follows: - Three similar electric completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar electric completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar electric completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. For joint venture firms, the lead partner should have successfully erected, tested, and commissioned electrical works of 33 KV/11 KV substation with at least 40% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. Each of the other partners should have successfully erected, tested, and commissioned electrical works of 33 KV/11 KV with at least 25% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. The bidder should have prior work experience of successfully erecting, testing, and commissioning electrical works of 33 KV / 11 KV in a single turnkey contract in the last 7 years. Each of the other partners should have successfully erected, tested, and commissioned electrical works with at least 25% of the transformation capacity considered in the proposed bid. Examples of eligible experience include erection, testing, and commissioning through a turnkey contract in the past 7 years of 200 Kms 132 KV lines and 50 MVA capacity EHT substation, making them eligible for 33/11 KV or 66/11 KV substation part of up-to 100 MVA capacity and lines up-to 400 kms length. The bidder should submit Work Completion/Satisfactory Performance Certificates of similar/electrical works, issued by an officer-in-charge not below the rank of Executive Engineer, along with the bid. The certificates should indicate the value and percentage of similar works completed. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 40% of the estimated cost - 50% of the estimated cost - 80% of the estimated cost - 40% of the transformation capacity - 25% of the transformation capacity - 200 Kms 132 KV lines - 50 MVA capacity EHT substation - 100 MVA capacity - 400 kms length.
