The bidder should have completed similar works with a total value of not less than the amount equal to: 80% of the estimated cost for one similar completed work, 50% of the estimated cost for two similar completed works, or 40% of the estimated cost for three similar completed works. Additionally, the bidder must have executed works of similar nature in Grid Sub Station of 132 kV or above level. The bidder himself or his sub-vendor must have designed, manufactured, supplied, and tested structures for at least 2 Nos. 132 kV sub-stations as per IS/IEC or equivalent standards. The bidder should have installed, tested and commissioned at least 01 No. of 132/33 KV (or higher rating) Power Transformer during last 07 (seven) years from scheduled bid due date which must be in satisfactory operation for at least one year as on the last date of sale of bidding documents. The bidder should have successfully designed, supplied, fabricated, erected, tested and commissioned at least (1) One bay of 33KV and 132 kV class substation/switchyard during last 07 (seven) years from scheduled bid due date which must be in successful operation for at least one year as on the last date of sale of bidding documents. For Joint Venture (JV) bidders, the Lead partner should have at least 3 years’ experience as on the last date of previous month of Bid submission as a prime contractor, Manufacturer or Reputed Firm in the construction of works of similar nature and complexity to that required under this contract. The "A" Class Electrical Contractors/Companies/Firms/Joint Ventures should have successfully executed similar nature works during the last seven financial years with minimum cost of completed works as follows: i. One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 80% of the estimated cost. ii. Two similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost. iii. Three similar completed works costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost. The bidder / (Both the partners together in case of JV) should have an average annual turnover during the last three financial years, at least 30% of the Estimated Cost of the tender quoted for. The Lead Partner shall satisfy at least 50% of this requirement. Both partners together in a JV shall have a Net Worth of not less than 30% (thirty percent) of the Estimated Cost of the tender.
